This home is nestled in the shadow of beautiful Pike's Peak on a shared 7.5 acre property with the feel of the country but walking distance to everything Woodland Park has to offer. This property Features an Adults Only Swim Spa Patio with large smart TV, a looped hiking trail and a prayer & reading room complimentary for all guests to enjoy as part of your experience.
We are excited to announce that adult guests now have access to our brand new patio with a luxury pool / hot tub combination. This adults only space will be open year around. Shared only with the Hosts, but guests renting the home have uninterrupted priority access. Get in your workout with the swim jets or relax after a long day of hiking with the massage jets. For families with kids, we are less than two miles from Woodland Park’s Aquatic Center which offers a kiddie pool, lazy river, slide and more. This home features a wheel chair ramp and is handicap accessible. Guests are free to explore the property on the hiking trail, enjoying the chickens, cats, dog, neighboring horses and all sorts of wildlife (animals and pets are not to be fed due to special diets). There are two propane fire pits , hammock, lounger, swings, playhouse, BBQ gas grill, and patio set so you can fully take in the nature around you. Upon your arrival, you will find a welcome basket with pamphlets for area sites and recommendation. We have an assortment of games, puzzles, books and toys for all ages. We offer free WiFi, two smart TV’s and a DVD player in master bedroom. Guests love the fully stocked kitchen/pantry with everything you need for a Holiday meal. The master suite also features a tub and walk in shower. Base price is for 4 guests. Home can host up to 8 guests plus an infant. For larger groups in the summer we also offer a neighboring RV site with full hook ups along with black and gray dump stations. The RV spot allows for 8 additional guests with a nightly fee (Check with host for pricing and availability). Only guests renting the home have access to the swim spa. You will certainly enjoy the country feel of this mountain retreat and yet have the convenience of being only 2 miles from downtown Woodland Park, 7 minutes drive to Charis and the North Pole, 15 min. to Garden of the Gods, 20 min. to downtown Colorado Springs, and 40 min. to the Air Force Academy. We are less than 2 miles from Woodland Park’s year round aquatic center. For ski lovers, Breckenridge is a easy hour and forty five minute drive on well maintained roads. Green Mountain falls is also close by and offers a seasonal outdoor pool.

For larger groups we have another property located just a few miles away by the golf course that sleeps 12. If both properties are booked together, host will give an additional $100 off the stay. We give our guests space and privacy, but we do live on property and will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

*Only ADULT, registered guests allowed in Swim Spa and patio area. Swim Spa is open year around with daily hours of 10 AM-9 PM, but extended hours may be requested. Only guests renting the home and Hosts have access to the Swim Spa. Guests are given uninterrupted priority access. Swim Spa is not available on day of check-out.

*We have provided enough paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, etc. to get your vacation started. You will find several grocery stores nearby should you run out of anything.

*Check-in is between 4 PM-10 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM Sharp. All check-out procedures need to be followed in order to avoid extra cleaning charges. Thank you for understanding we have a pre-scheduled cleaning company and have to be prepared for our next guests and therefore we cannot allow late check-outs. A late check-out fee of $100 per hour will be added to the reservation for guests who overstay.

*A pack ‘n play is provided and sleeps 1 infant. We also have a baby monitor and booster seat.

* Guests should be aware that this home is on a well and at times the water, although safe has a sulfuric smell that fluctuates and is seasonal. We do provide excellent purified drinking water in the kitchen that guest’s love.

*To provide a safe environment for all guests, only registered/paying guests staying at the vacation rental and RV site are allowed on property. Visitors coming for a few hours, but not staying at the property must be approved by Host prior to arrival and no fee will be charged. People on site must be accounted for in the registration and will be charged according to the extra guest fee of $25 per person, per day. Failure to comply with this guest rule will result in the immediate termination of the entire reservation and forfeiture of payment. People not listed on the reservation will be considered trespassing. Parties and events are not allowed unless written permission is given prior to event by the host and with an additional cost paid in advance.

*A gas grill, fire pits and propane tanks are provided, but it is left up to the guests to purchase propane from a local seller based off of projected use. We do not allow open fires on the property. We do not allow loud music, smoking or marijuana use anywhere on the property. Guests should be aware that our security system alerts us of smoking in or near the home and Swim Spa. Pets are not allowed in the home. Dogs are allowed at the RV site only with an extra fee. A $500 extra cleaning fee will be added if evidence of pets or smoking is found in the home.
