As the last house on a quiet street, you’ll enjoy unmatched privacy and serenity—ideal for a relaxing getaway or a focused work-from-home stay.     The space

    We’re so glad you’re considering our cozy, modern retreat—perfect for couples or business travelers seeking peace and quiet at the end of a secluded dead-end road, just 1.2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs.

    Our property hosts two private vacation rentals—this unit and a 2-person studio above the garage. Each has its own entrance and coded entry, with no shared walls for maximum privacy. While guests in the studio may pass by the patio to access their unit, interaction is rare, and in all our years of hosting, privacy has never been an issue.

    Enjoy the shared hot tub and outdoor areas, surrounded by stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the fully equipped kitchen or exploring nearby cafés and trails, this space is designed to help you unwind and feel at home.

    We provide driveway parking for this unit, while studio guests park on the street. Bedrooms include room-darkening curtains to ensure restful sleep.

This home fit our needs perfectly for exploring Colorado Springs. Nice neighborhood, centrally located allowing for short drives to all of the sights. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable, ready for restful evenings after spending the day out. We really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the hot tub—it was such a great way to unwind. We cooked steaks one night and enjoyed just hanging out and soaking in the cozy vibes. Everything was clean and well set up, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed there for a couple days and were very happy with accommodations. Location was good, neighbors were nice, and the beds were among the more comfortable i have slept on.

This property is super awesome for visiting the Springs…we were in town for the Pikes Peak Marathon and a mini-vaca…couldn’t recommend this place enough…

Nice quiet neighborhood!

We loved staying here! Great location on a dead-end road. Clean, well kept, fully stocked kitchen and super hot tub! Mike was terrific host. We hope to stay here again!
