The unique glass garage door opens to the great outdoors, and the queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress offers extra space for kids or friends. Guest Access:

🔑 During your stay, you will have exclusive access to this private unit, including your bedroom, living spaces, kitchen, and private patio. While there are other separate units on the property, there are no shared interior spaces—each unit has its own private entrance and dedicated exterior area. You are welcome to make use of everything within your designated space to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.



🚪 Back-of-House Access: Please note that parking and unit access for Pinewood Sanctuary are located at the end of the driveway at the back of the house. Review your check-in instructions carefully for smooth navigation upon arrival.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
