    OWNER cleaned and operated - so you will be communicating directly with me, Sarah, before, during (if needed) and after your visit. My mom, dad and I are the "cleaning team." This means the home is meticulously clean and maintained and you are cared for like you are our best friends!

    We have lived here our whole lives, so we know about secret hiking trails and the best places to eat in town!

    The home is a just around the corner from fantastic downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and minutes from walking paths, hiking trails, and gorgeous mountain views! Centrally located to everything Colorado Springs has to offer! Columbine
    Colorado is within walking distance to the Olympic Training Center as well as Memorial Hospital. And it is just 5 minutes from two golf courses; a 5 minute drive to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are a short 12-15 minute drive. Additionally, you will be only 14 minutes to the Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Force Base and Fort Carson. 19 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. 20 minutes to The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

This was one of our favorite VRBOs that we’ve stayed at - house was beautifully decorated, well furnished, and clean x2.The location was centrally located and convenient. The hosts’ recommendations for good local dining options were all spot on. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great place. Has everything you would need for a stay. Good location with easy in and out of the location. One of the best as far as all around amenities that we have stayed in. Beautiful home. Thanks for letting us hang out there for the long weekend.

All the stars!!! We loved our stay here! This home is very well taken care of & full of little touches to make it feel like you're at home. The location was convenient to all the places we wanted to go and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

From the fresh flowers and cookies to the amazing views and fully-stocked house this rental has it all! Wonderful location, beautiful home and so clean! You can tell how much time and attention the owners put into caring for this property. Highly recommend!

This was a special week for our family so having a nice place as home base was massively important to me as the daddio! This place delivered on all fronts and the hosts (Sarah!) were amazing. Amazing house and wonderful hosts!! We came for our nephew’s graduation but it was a quick trip so we were sad we didn’t get to enjoy the home for more than 1.5 days. Whenever we’re back in Colorado Springs we will definitely try to stay here again.

I appreciated that the on-line description and stated amenities were aligned with the reality of the property. The host was so helpful in providing sights/eats recommendations; our food/dining experience was a highlight. Perfect place to stay for our spring break trip. The house has all amenities you can think of. Very clean and plenty of space. Hot tub was a nice treat! The kids enjoyed playing basketball as well! Excellent host, great communication.We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing host and property! Truly the best place to stay. Everything was top notch. High end bedding, linens, furniture, appliances, and fully stocked kitchen. Great outdoor furnishings and well-maintained hot tub. Fantastic neighborhood with park and walkable dining and coffee locations. Easy walk to The Olympic Training Center. You will not lack for anything in this house. The host is always reachable and provided so much help, before and during our stay. Many extra touches that make the house and host stand out. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will absolutely book again.

This home provides a very relaxing, inviting, and beautiful environment for a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly loved staying our 4 nights here. The house is close to so many things to do: hiking, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open space, Pikes Peak, great restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance.

Our stay was amazing, the house and pictures were as described and it was in a really great area near Colorado Springs. Sarah and Caleb were excellent hosts and super responsive to any message. We ended up extending our stay and they were super accommodating. Any time we had a comment or a question we would get a response almost instantly and they went above and beyond having homemade cookies for us and coming over to the house to check on the hot tub when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again and it was one of our favorite houses and experiences renting.
