Awesome property

This property is special. The location with a view of Pikes Peak, the stocked spices in the kitchen, appliances, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor space, beautifully decorated, everything was fanrastic.

Great stay, great host!

The house was perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs. Everything was clean and well laid out. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city or Manitou Springs. Jon is an excellent host and was super quick to respond to questions. Would absoluely stay here again.

PERFECT

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best I’ve seen. Perfect location, very comfortable and so clean!!! The place had everything you could possibly need! Jon was a great host and communication was easy. I would highly recommend!

Great and clean place to stay

Nice and clean place to stay for our family of 5. Beautiful view of the mountains out the front window. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Each room had a fan or window ac unit which kept us nice and cool. Would definitely come back again.

Great location for Colorado Springs adventures

This was a great location for our trips to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a park across the stress and front window mountain views. Jon was responsive and willing to help with anything. Clean and comfortable for our family of six (with two kids on the pull out futon adjacent to the living room).

Amazing stay

Loved everything about the property. Centrally located and easily accessible, had everything that my family and I needed to make our stay confortable and convenient. We appreciated the Christmas tree to add a touch of home!!!

Charming home with great view

Absolutely loved our stay, the house was clean and well stocked and the view out the front window of the park was gorgeous. The little back yard was perfect for an evening dinner outside and the impressively long lasting water heater ensured everyone got a hot shower after hiking the Garden of the Gods just down the road. Loved this stay and would be happy to come back anytime we come through Colorado Springs.

Everything you need!

We had a great experience at this property. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. We explored Palmer Park, which is only 1.5 miles from the property. The park is a great location to get nice views of the city and Pike’s Peak.

Serendipity House was wonderful

We had a terrific time at Serendipity House. The central location was great for visits with family and friends. The home was immaculate and provided for all of our needs. The decor is lovely, and the furnishings are both high-end and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back patio and lush grass for evenings outside during the lovely summer weather. This was an exceptional find for quality and price.

Loved every part of it!

It was our first time staying in a B&B so I had lots of questions. The host was very responsive and kind about all the questions I had. When we arrived it was clean and cozy. Many things were provided for our stay which made it less stressful when traveling with small children. They ever baby proofed some which I thought was very thoughtful. We definitely will be back!

Nice location and beautiful view of Pikes Peak

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. We struggled a bit with the pull-out bed, comforter and duvet, but it was late and we were trying to get the kids to bed. We spent most of our time away during the day and used the kitchen minimally, but it appeared to have everything you would need to make meals. Thanks Jon!
