With the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, this spacious and beautifully designed home offers a truly unforgettable experience. There is a Park and pickleball courts 3 blocks away to the south! Enjoy a playground, basketball hoops, covered picnic area and lots of grass to run in.

As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a covered front porch that leads into a spacious formal dining area, comfortably seating up to 8 guests. The open kitchen, adorned with sleek granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, is a chef's dream. Additionally, an elevated breakfast area for four invites you to enjoy delightful morning moments. The main level also features a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and a Trex deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, perfect for embracing the serene surroundings.

This multi-level layout ensures that everyone in your party can find their own comfortable space throughout the house, avoiding any sense of overcrowding. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-size range, side by side refrigerator, double sink, and plenty of cabinet space. Cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, teakettle, mixer, foodie, and coffee maker are also provided, allowing you to feel right at home.

As you ascend the staircase, the upper level reveals a luxurious master bedroom featuring a lavish four-piece bath, a closet with an iron and ironing board, and a spacious king-size bed. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds offer comfort and tranquility. A loft area provides a versatile space with a daybed and trundle bed, accommodating two more guests. A brand new attic fan and controls are on this level. You must have a window or outside door open so the attic fan can breath in as much cool air as possible in the evenings.

Venturing down to the walk-out basement, you'll find a haven of entertainment. Enjoy a large TV, snooker table, poker table, and a pool table, ensuring endless fun for everyone. This space is perfect for kids to entertain themselves while adults relax in the living room or on the back patio. The basement also includes a king-sized bedroom with a large closet and dresser, as well as a ¾ bath with a shower and sink vanity. We are family friendly! There are no safeguards for infants. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, etc).

Keep the central AC units at 70 degrees or above to prevent freezing. Brand new attic fan has been installed to help keep the upstairs cooler. If your vehicle leaks any fluid please park in the street or you could be subject to a driveway cleaning fee.
Review the sleeping arrangements before booking.
Dispose of trash securely in the provided bins.
The TVs offer streaming services for guest use.
Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours.
