We've been proud Premium Hosts since 2017 and have hundreds of great reviews from our wonderful guests. Our family owns and operates 5 beautiful rentals and we would love to host your group too!

This property is our 3rd short-term rental and it is the perfect vacation home for your family or friends. The house has been set up based on our years of Premium Host experience with guests and we keep adding more amenities each year. We are located in the Stratmoor Hills area of SW Colorado Springs where you have amazing views of the Cheyenne Mountains and will be close to our city's major attractions.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sq ft offering all the space, comfort and essentials you need for a perfect family vacation or a getaway: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C, an open kitchen with a huge dining room, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every bedroom, laundry room, breathtaking mountain views from the newly built observation deck, a grassy fenced-in yard, an amazing back patio with outdoor seating, a relaxing hot tub, a gas firepit, and a BBQ grill!

The main level features a nice living room with a 65" ROKU 4k TV, a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor: the master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with a shower and the laundry room, while the other two bedrooms both have queen beds and access to the full bathroom with a separate shower and a tub.

The lower level offers 2 more bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds), a full bathroom with a shower, a large family room with a 75" ROKU 4k TV, pull out sofa, recliner chairs, a game table for the kids, extra seating area and even a home gym!

The house is within walking distance to the beautiful Stratmoor Hills Park and only a short drive away from all the outdoor fun Colorado Springs has to offer. We are close to the most popular attractions in southern Colorado Springs such as the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, the Broadmoor Hotel, and the World Arena. This house also gives you easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer via I-25 (Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Olympic Training Center, Historic Downtown etc. are all within a 20 min drive).

We highly respect our guests' privacy but since we live only a few minutes away from this property, if it is needed, we are personally available to assist you to solve any issues 24/7 during your stay.

The entire house is for our guests to use including all the living areas, the attached garage, and the home gym on the lower level. You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the newly built observation deck, from the patio in the back yard or from the stamped concrete front porch!

This home was in a great location! Very spacious and worked great for the six of us…ages ranging from 13 to 53. The hot tub was a great bonus - even in the snow! The host was great at communication and check in and check out was very smooth with easy access. Although it wasn’t used by us, the exercise room was an extra perk! This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and was well stocked!

First of all, our host Kristina was so welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Her Dad was also friendly and helpful. The amenities in the house were in good shape. There were tv's in every room, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. The oudoor area was great, spacious, welcoming and perfect for a family with kids. The view was breathtaking and perfect to take pictires with the kids.

The house was as listed and accommodated our family. It was my parents, brother, and my 2 children. Everyone had plenty of space and comfortable rooms. There were TVs in almost every room, bix fans in all of the bedrooms, and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

Check-in was super easy. We arrived an hour early and were able to check in. The home was perfect for our needs, there were enough linens and beds for all of us. The dining room and kitchen were perfect for gathering, and we each had our own space to get away. The home was very clean and was well stocked. Our host was incredible and very easy to get ahold of. We had a large group of people and we flew in very early in the morning so she helped get us checked in as soon as possible so we could drop off our luggage and rest a little. The house was so cool! Great view from the backyard. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day of hiking, and the kitchen made it very easy to cook at home for a large group.

Great Family Getaway

This property is amazing for a large group. So much space for everyone. TV’s in every room and an extra living room downstairs. Communication with property owners was great. Easy access and checkout procedures. Close to everything in Colorado Springs and surrounding attractions.

Incredible Home

This place has it all! WOW! From the moment we looked at this beautiful home, we couldn’t have asked for more. The hosts answered every question we had prior to our arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. We could have asked for better hosts. Everything was much more than we expected. This home had everything we needed and was so spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and we gave the grill a good workout! The kids really enjoyed all the tv’s in the home. They were able to watch their shows without bothering all the adults. The workout room and game table is an extra bonus. The location, well, that was great as well. Close to so many things we wanted to do. We will definitely give this place another go! One of the best places we have stayed so far.

Mom's 79th Birthday Road Trip

We made good memories during our stay , the house was clean , comfortable & very roomy for us. Kristina was very hospitable wirh her communication from check in instructions to verifying we were good . Hot tub very clean & operational , a plus was the accessible ramp in the garage made it very easy for older family members . Fully stocked kitchen & plenty games for adults & kids . Highly recommend

Perfect stay

For our Girls trip/ Bachelorette we decided to stay at this place, all of the 8 people that stayed were very pleased with the place. Very spacious, main floor has 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, down stairs it’s also two bedrooms and a full bathroom, a very spacious living room, since is the basement it’s great for late hours fun since we don’t had to be worried about disturbing the neighbors with karaoke night . There is also jacuzzi out in the back, the water was great. I can say with certainty that this is one of the best vacation stays that I’ve rented. It has everything needed for your stay, dishes, extra blankets, towels. garage is available to park your car. Owners have a great line of communication in case of any issues.

Immaculately clean & lots of space!

The house was so clean, so comfortable with lots of cushy recliners & a tv in almost every room! There were only 3 of us, but this is the perfect home for large groups/families to stay in. The instructions were very simple & clear without a long list of do’s & don’ts. We were a bit disappointed in the hot tub because the jets didn’t all work at once so we had to switch around so everyone could have the chance to feel the jets. One of the rooms had a bed that just needs some tightening up, we think, because the headboard and all wobbled & made a loud creaking sound. Otherwise, we loved this home & definitely recommend it. The hosts were great with quick response.
