Lovely 5 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood on ‘The Point’. The Point is sandwiched between the Potomac River ( beautiful sunrises) and Monroe Bay( beautiful sunsets). Colonial Beach’s south beach is easy walking distance. A beach wagon is provided to haul those towels and toys.

The home offers fast WI-FI that can accommodate 10+ devices. There is a TV in every bedroom. Cable is provided on 4 TVs. Netflix and Prime are available on all 6 TVs. There is also a large backyard with a fire pit for relaxing evenings (burning wood is provided).

For the little ones there is a completely fenced in public playground about 3 blocks away.

The large kitchen is stocked with every dish, pan or utensil needed to prepare meals. There is also a washer and dryer on site.

The home is handicapped accessible. There is a ramp leading to front door and all doorways on the bottom floor are extra wide to allow wheel chair access.

The home is pet friendly allowing up to 2 house trained pets.

This 5-bedroom home exceeded all of our expectations! The space was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for a large group. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, and the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to gather without feeling crowded.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living areas were cozy yet stylish. The bathrooms were spotless, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our stay.The location was ideal—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.We truly felt at home here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This house is very nice and has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is very helpful and conveniently available if needed. The house is in a great locations, convenient to the beach, places to eat and is golf cart friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to rent.

Beautiful back yard

The house was perfect for a large family gathering. The backyard was very large and beautiful. We had an issue with the hot water which the host resolved right away. We would stay in the house again and recommend it to others.

Home Away From Home

Such a lovely home away from home, and a lovely neighborhood on the Point. Our sailboat was at a marina two minutes away. Walking distance to a nice Sandy beach, and two minutes to the marina made everything extremely convenient. We had lots of amazing sailing and fishing. Lots of games and for everyone, indoors and out. Amazing hosts. Do not hesitate to book this house and enjoy yourselves without having to think about it.

Great Place!

This is our second stay at this home and property. We enjoy all the extras that are in the house and the backyard is quite comfortable. We brought our two well behaved, medium sized dogs with us and this property really made it nice. It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Yet a short drive to restaurants, etc. we plan to be back. :)

Colonial Beach bike weekend

Lovely home. Everything was perfect, to include wood for the backyard firepit. The host had several extra touches in the home that went above and beyond what we expected. Would love to return the next time we're in the area.

5 Star location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the home to the beach and board walk is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is so quiet, well maintained, great for our nightly walks. Our grandkids loved the backyard which is perfect for eating s’mores at the large fire pit and throwing a ball around. Everyone had a great time at the beach and trying the new restaurants. Thank you for a great stay

Family Fun

Our family seldom is able to be together, and this five bedroom house was perfect for a gathering that was too short! We had a golf cart and enjoyed the proximity to our favorite beach, as well as restaurants, sunset views, Boathouse Marina where my son docked his boat, plus amenities, like the fenced yard that our dogs loved. Sorry it was too hot to use the fire pit! Thanks!

Lovely weekend at the property

We loved that the 5 bedrooms in this home meant everyone could have their own bedroom and we could all spend relaxed time together throughout the day. The living room and kitchen were perfect for morning coffee and the Keurig meant everyone could choose their morning beverage. Great idea!! The outdoor space was peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities for BBQ, relaxing with a drink, and having a fire. The yard was perfect for our dog. The three bathrooms were a valuable asset for the 8 people in our group, and the washer and dryer were a bonus we all appreciated. We walked to lunch on the river, and enjoyed the Thai food and ice cream in town. Westmoreland Park was great and so close to the house, it made for an easy and enjoyable afternoon drive. It was everything we hoped it would be.

Everything was perfect!

The house was perfect for our stay! Denise the property manager stopped in to welcome us and told us we could call her for anything. Everthing in the house was spotless, in working order. The deck, brand new gas grill and fire pit was put to good use. We had a wonderful, fun family time. I would highly recommend and we will most certainly be back!

We had such a great weekend with our friends . The host was amazing and very helpful . I loved the house being dog friendly . It helped so much that our little Gloria felt right at home . Awesome place, room for everyone! Highly recommended!

Quick family getaway with four kids (teen and adult), this house was perfect! Very clean, a bedroom for everyone, huge kitchen table that was ideal for family games, very large flat back yard, dog friendly! Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking but lots of restaurants nearby if you prefer. We'll definitely be returning!
