Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. "This was a beautiful place to stay. Super clean right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. In the heat wave it also had AC. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful especially Suzette who works at the front desk. She was so kind to my family and I and very attentive.
