"This hotel is a good choice if you simply need a clean, comfortable place to sleep in a great location. The rooms are functional but small, so if space is a priority, this may not be the hotel for you.
The gym is also very small, and the food could be better. Parking can be frustrating, as the hotel’s small lot is often full, requiring you to park in a nearby lot instead.
The location is a highlight, with a great museum and a restaurant offering beautiful river views just across the street....

"The property was in disarray, there was sheet metal hanging from the garage area. The room was ROUGH. We didn’t even undress to sleep, and slept on top of the covers. There was a cockroach in the washroom too. TP is 0.5 ply. Had we gotten there earlier or would have been there for more than 1 night, we would have complained and found somewhere else to stay. We got out of there ASAP."

"Staff very helpful.....upgraded our room.....but didnt matter.....smokers and homeless flooded the entrance and the separate smoking shelter just outside the hotel......room was very clean, tidy and had been upgraded......again, didnt matter.....teenagers were running up and down the hall all night.....items were being thrown in the room closest to us......my wife was afraid to go to the car.....if it wasnt for the staff, we would have swallowed the hotel room, taken the hit and booked somewhere...
