Great location, our room was massive, if i had to pick a fault, the shower cubicle could be a big bigger, theres wasnt much room to move in it. Certainly wouldnt stop us from returning though. Mercure York Fairfield Manor Hotel
Would recommend the hotel, friendly staff clean near enough to city centre but far away enough to be quiet. Lovely grounds. Smashing hotel.

The Little Hide - Adult Only Camping Pods
Excellent site with great parking, accepts dogs into the pod and the costs of a one night stay we found very reasonable. Not many pod owners have just one night stays and that's why we stayed there. Give it a bash.

The Edge. Modern loft apartment in Yorkshire market town.
Yorkshire tea and coffee were perfect. Also had fresh milk instead of long-life milk.

Cosy Cottage With Exposed Beams, Private Garden And Countryside Views
The little cottage was cute amd nice. Emma the host was very reachable and checked on us during our stay. The only issues we had was there were lady bird beetles and spiders everywhere.
