"We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port."

"Overall stay was good. Room was very clean and the staff were friendly. No early checkin was available, so I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get my room. Parking is terrible for this place. Basically, a dirt parking lot. Very difficult to find a spot. Also, paid about $30 dollars for the fish and chips. TERRIBLE. Peas were nearly cold and poor quality fish. Would not eat there again but I would stay there for location and cleanliness."

"We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the views were lovely from living room and the 2 double rooms. The twin faced a different direction but it was still very comfortable. It was great to have our own kitchen and the little balcony accessed through the 2 main bedrooms. "A absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house, room and everything is impeccable as pictured. Edna was our host and he is the greatest person. Breakfast was amazing as well. Definitely a great place spend some quality time."

"The hotel in general was very nice. The room was good with a nice little balcony with a good view of the building site! I didn't realise there was building work going on outside because I didn't see anything on the website. It didn't make much difference to our stay other than an early rise but it would have been good to know in advance. The room was well decorated and quite new and modern, the only thing that was disappointing was the comfort of the bed, we had 2 rooms and none of the 4 of us...
