Apartment in individual chalet, Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, Les Saisies

The chalet "Corti" is located in Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, 950m above sea level, isolated in the countryside at the edge of the forest, 5kms from the shops and ski lifts of the Espace Diamant. It is reached by car by a 400m road, but requires winter equipment (snow tires or chains), although snow removal is daily if necessary.

The 40m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet, with a double independent access, either by the living room or by the bedroom, and direct access to the garden on both sides. In summer, a small cottage annex can be an additional bedroom, with a bed of 140x190 and a wardrobe. Absolute calm and tranquility.
In summer, the small outdoor cottage (mazot) can serve as additional rooms for more space.

The 1st floor apartment is that of the owners, who do not live on site and come occasionally.

The main room has a living-dining-kitchen "all-in-one" with sofa bed BZ (real mattress 140x190). Electric stove vitro-ceramic, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, various coffee machines (filter coffee maker, piston coffee maker, Nespresso machine), toaster, raclette and fondue, crockery, flat screen TV smart LED TV 100cms, board games... Main door overlooking the garden.

The room has a bed 140x190, a large wardrobe, a dresser, and overlooks the garden also. Small bathroom with sink, shower, hairdryer. separate toilet.

In summer, the cottage has a small flowered garden with table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside, a barbecue, a relaxation area for aperitifs facing the sunset, with stunning views of the Bauges, Aravis and mountains in general.

The Corti is located 5kms from the station with departure of Cernix, and regroups on 200kms of tracks the Espace Diamant (stations of Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly). There is also the Les Saisies Nordic ski area, which is reputed to be one of the largest Nordic ski areas in France.
To visit around: Megève (35mn), Beaufort (35mn), Lake Annecy (35mn), Col des Aravis (45mn), Annecy (1h), Chamonix (1h15)...

In summer, many marked trails (some from the cottage) delight lovers of hiking and walking, in the forest or on the peaks, with picnics or restaurants during stops.

The strong point of this chalet lies in its isolation, in direct communion with the calm of nature, the birds, the smell of mountain, grass and fir trees, with a breathtaking view, as if we were going to take off by paragliding towards the valley.
