New construction modern studio for 2 guests with private access and free private parking pad. Located 3 blocks from Sherman Avenue and the nearest dining and bars. Walking distance to shopping and Lake Coeur d'Alene. 1/2 block to Pearson's city park. Full kitchen with coffee, = bath with shower. No stairs. Amenities include wifi, laundry, smart TV, patio and lawn, and top-quality linens. Owner lives on the attached property.

This spotless studio is an easy find from the interstate but also a short distance from eateries in downtown Coeur d’Alene. We really appreciated the communication with the owners who sent us a text 2 days before our stay and were quick to reply as well. The appliances were brand new and the sleeping was the best. A very attractive studio, great for our one night stay, but also well equipped for a vacation base..

This is a return visit for us! The studio is in a perfect location for our purposes. We do not eat out much on our travels. So we especially appreciate the sizes of the fridge, oven, & dishwasher. We knew what to expect and are grateful for this place.

Great location

We loved that this suite was super quiet, a few blocks from the North Idaho Centennial Trail and I 90. It was as advertised, nice and clean with most of the kitchen things that I needed. Having access to the washer and dryer was fabulous as we are travelling for a number of weeks. We would definitely stay here again.

Tiny Little Cutie

This place is so cute. The location is perfect, so close to the golf course, lake and town. We have a couple electric scooters and were able to ride them anywhere we wanted to go. The bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed!

Great Stay in CDA

Had such a wonderful stay at KJ’s place in CDA. Very clean and stylish casita. Easy check in and out process. So convenient having a full kitchen. Amazing mattress with nice cotton linens - never woke once! Great location. Just a few mins from downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location, Perfect Size, a Refrigerator

Really enjoyed everything about our stay. What picture “sold me?”- the refrigerator! Most open-room suites have a college refrigerator. We enjoy buying local groceries (which takes fridge space) & preparing food ourselves. Very thankful to have found this!

Perfect place

This place was perfect for the two of us. Well appointed with plenty of cooking and eating utensils along with some spices if you want to eat in. However, the restaraunts in the area were great and very affordable. We enjoyed the provided coffee and tea before exploring the area each day during our stay. The shower is a little tight bed was big and comfortable. We will definitely try and book this place next time we visit.
