Amazing property, private fenced in parking in the back is great especially on busy weekends. Close walking distance to everything you could want to do downtown Cody and when staying inside, the penthouse exceeded our expectations beyond what it looked like in the pictures . Cant wait to stay again when back in Cody.

Perfectly located in the heart of Cody for easy access to attractions and amenities. If you are visiting Sunday and Monday, caution majority of restaurants are closed. The accommodations were perfect. Easy to access. Convenient guaranteed parking. If we return to Cody, hope this place is available - we would rebook without hesitation.

The Clearwater Penthouse was a perfect place for us. The weather in Cody, WY was chilly so we didn't use the balcony but what a fun spot to be in the summer months. We walked to all the restaurants, shops and museum. The parking in back as the main street was busy so that worked the best for us. Thank you.

Excellent all the way around. On a scale of one to ten, a ten. Convenient, spacious, upscale, well stocked, great communications. The best! Wish we could’ve taken the place with us for the rest of our vacation.

If you are visiting Cody and it’s just two of you, then look no more. This place is definitely the answer. It felt like home and was close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable and very modern.There were plenty of items stocked in the condo for whatever your needs. From booking to checkout it was great. We had an amazing time, although we had to cut our say short.. If we ever make it back to Cody, there is no other place, hands down!!!

Best Kept Secret on Cody's Main Street

From the outside it looks like any other storefront property on the main drag in Cody. But go up the stairs and you find paradise. There are skylights, a fireplace, and a kitchen that causes you to drool. Everything is first class and modern. Its also close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Cody has to offer.

Nice place. Needs more glasses (one drinking glass and three cocktail glasses). Ice maker not working (needs filter). Perfect Location!

We recently stayed at this charming property and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated with fun Wyoming charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting. We loved the see through gas fireplace that we enjoyed from the living room and the kitchen. The skylight in the living room is just amazing. It felt like we were outside looking at the sky. One of the highlights was the balcony that looks out to the main street. We spent a few mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the view. The location was perfect - walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars and directly across from a wonderful little bookstore. The soaker tub was the best way to unwind after the busy days we spent with family and the desk/office area was perfect for getting some work done.The management company is very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions.We would definitely stay here again!
