Inside your Beach Home you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay, this spacious house is perfect for families, friends or colleagues to get together with 2400 SQ. FT. of living space.
When you walk inside you are greeted by its open plan design with natural light & views to the garden & pool. There is A TOP OF THE RANGE CHEF KITCHEN with high quality equipment & a large center island with stylish bar stools.
In the dining space the table extends to comfortably seat 12, with a suspension light above that sets the mood for wonderful 'at home' dining.
In the vast lounge space there is a large leather curved sofa with 2 recliners to really relax, a 65” 4k Smart TV with Roku TV providing entertainment for everyone, there is also a DVD player.
The double French doors that overlook the pool, garden and patio blend the outdoor space with the indoor living area beautifully.
There is another lounging area/den with tasteful furnishings in the loft on the second floor, here there is a 32” HD TV, DVD player & an XBox.
The oak stairway leads to the second floor with a huge King Master Balcony suite, here there is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
A fabulous outdoor covered deck/balcony is accessed through French doors off the king master suite, here you can enjoy a cocktail, dine or just relax on the outdoor sofa & watch the sunsets!
The further two large Pool view bedrooms each have a queen bed, there are also two twin beds in the family bedroom, a modern full bathroom is adjacent.
All 3 bedrooms are very large with walk in closets & flat screen TVs with Roku.
The loft outside the three bedrooms has a comfortable futon that can sleep 2, the layout of this space has been created so that it can be a lounging/entertainment area and/or a sleeping area.
The oversized washer and dryer is conveniently located off the loft in a laundry room.

Together we & our Property Manager offer uncompromising service ensuring that all of our guests needs are attended to promptly from the start & throughout their stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM EST and Check out is 10:00 AM EST.
Before your arrival we shall provide you with a Welcome guide which includes Important information about the Beach house, ideas of things to do and see in the area, how to get the best out of the house and importantly your Personal Entrance Code so that you can let yourself in after 4pm on the day you arrive.
We will always be available during your stay, we provide you with our contact details when we send out the Welcome guide 10 days before your arrival.
The prices quoted are for up to 8 guests, for additional guests there is a small charge of $40, per guest, per night.
We are fully licensed with Brevard County and the state of Florida to operate as a vacation rental.

"Jason and Louise's place is simply put, Amazing. It is within walking distance for everything you will need for a beach trip with your friends and/or family. Restaurants, Bars, Grocery Stores, and of course the most gorgeous beaches that Florida has to offer. My group did not have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. The house is huge and well kept, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families. My group had 12 people and we all slept comfortably in our own space. The hosts also provide multiple added amenities for your use. Bikes, fishing poles, wet suites, ping pong table... This place was loaded with things to do! We visited in early November, and the pool was heated and very comfortable. Jason and Louise provide clear and concise directions for check in, and we responsive with any questions I had. I will definitely be seeking to stay at this place in the future if we ever plan to return to Cocoa Beach"

"We had such a great time staying at this house - it was perfect for our two families (totaling five adults and four children). The house was immaculately clean, the beds very comfortable, the towels plentiful and soft, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool was a big hit, especially after a day at the beach when you could cool down and relax even more! The proximity to the beach is a very short walk along a quiet street. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants, this was a great selection for us and I’m so glad we stayed. I definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it."
