Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in beautiful Sandcastles.

Unit 201 has an updated kitchen and bathrooms to include appliances, vanities, bathtub, shower, toilets, ceiling fans in all rooms, recessed lighting, interior doors and trim.
Leather Living room furniture and a 65” Smart TV to provide you a very relaxing home away from home with a carefree environment.

All new master bedroom furniture to include new mattresses on all three beds along with a 55” Smart TV.

The only decision that you need to make is where to have dinner; see the restaurant menus in the welcome book!

You will only need your personal amenities. Relax in the beautiful sunshine during the day and watch the sun set in the evening.

This condo unit is smoke free and pet free, and completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, games and tennis and Pickle ball rackets are provided for your enjoyment.

Amenities include, private ocean access tennis and pickle ball courts, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and gas grill are included at Sandcastles.

Absolutely loved staying here. Definitely one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed at in cocoa beach and I’ve been to a few. Had all the amenities I needed from beach toys, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was nicely updated and clean. We will be back!

Amazing time at an amazing place

I was very impressed with image and likeness of the pictures from online to how the property. The trip was an amazing time but even better for having such a home to stay in . It was welcoming , fun and amazing place to stay at and I couldn’t have asked for better owners than the ones that own this place. I would recommend this place to anyone and hopefully one day I can return again

Nice place - property not managed well - not the host’s fault

The condo was nice - well appointed kitchen, very clean and everything a family needs is there - boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels, etc.The only issues we had were the less than desirable people sneaking into the pool - influx of people from the property next door, the marlin making the pool overcrowded, the washer not being super intuitive , and the keurig needing descaled which was frustrating but not impossible.

A wonderful property, convenient to many attractions with wonderful amenities.

This is a wonderful property. It had plenty of room with wonderful amenities. Our family enjoyed using the pool and the easy access to the beach. We also watched a rocket launch from the balcony. Very conveniently located for reaching many of the restaurants and attractions along the Space Coast. Definitely worth staying in if you're with family for vacation or just some time to relax.

Great Getaway

This property was everything as stated and more. Brian and Andrea were great answering questions quickly and also providing information for some great local restaurants. They even had a closet of beach chairs umbrellas etc for us to use. I liked that the condo is secure from outsiders gaining access to the upper floors without codes or keys you can’t get to the upper floors.

Well stocked, clean and very comfortable

We had an amazing stay! Andrea and Brian were very friendly and responsive via text. The place had everything we could possible need and in great condition. I felt very at home and love having a washer and dryer in the condo. Only a few not so ideal things - one being construction right outside our patio. They were working full tilt - like all night long! So they woke us up a few times, but this will be temporary, and nothing Andrea and Brian can do to control it. Also the pier was a lot farther away than I was thinking. It’s an hour walk on the beach. Probably my fault for not reading closely but the pictures made me think it’s pretty close. Really quick drive to get to it though and there is lots of parking by it! And there’s no sauna that we could find. The sauna and pool were awesome though! Nice and warm/hot and very clean! Felt safe there since there was solid gates, locks quieter atmosphere. Beach was clean and not very crowded. Yeah - we really enjoyed the stay! Thanks Andrea and Brian!

Great Condo

Our experience with the condo was great! Brian and Andrea keep the Condo in excellent condition. We entered the condo and felt immediately comfortable. I love all the wonderful beach decorations which made you feel the total beach vibe. The owners were and are very accommodating. Very clean, well-maintained condo

Condo was perfect for our family of four. It is obvious these owners are guest-focused and care about the cleanliness and presentation of this property. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Showers were immaculate. Walk straight out to the beach. Location is just north of downtown, so the beach was not crowded. Numerous restaurant choices. The only drawback is the view, but the condo was a great value.

Senior trip

I brought my daughter and her friend for her senior spring break trip. It was a very relaxing trip for me and they had a blast. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and made several acquaintances while we were there. Security was impressive and I felt the girls were safe to spend their days at the beach while I enjoyed the pool. Andrea and Brian were very helpful about recommendations for food and transportation. Highlights were a sunset sailing tour with Freedom Adventures and dinner at Coconuts. Loved our time there!!

Great vacation at Cocoa Beach

We have just returned from our vacation in Florida. Despite the weather being a bit cold for this time of year, we had a great vacation. Bryan and Andrea condo is very well located and very well equip. You will find everything you need for your stay. The arrival went without problem. The owners respond quickly and are very attentive. We even had Christmas decorations. The children really enjoyed it. If you want to have a great stay at Cocoa Beach, I highly recommend Bryan and Andrea condo! Thanks

Family Vacation Sandcastle's

Our stay was AMAZING as always. Once a year our family takes a vacation to Cocoa beach and this place has never let us down. Managment is INCREDIBLY helpful and genuinely cares about their guests. Our Condo was clean and well decorated which made us feel at home. Beautiful stay right on the ocean where one morning we were able to see Dolphins as the sun rose which was mesmerizing! The pool area was clean and well maintained, spa was hot and pool was warm. Great location for shopping, eating and plenty of other great activities. We will continue to be guests at the Sandcastles!

Very Nice Condo

The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything we might need from beach chairs to kitchen equipment was thoughtfully provided. Wonderful

Unit was very clean and modern. Everything we needed was provided. It felt like home away from home. The pool was excellent and a family favorite day and night. Everything you could need for a beach day was available and the beach access was super convenient. The beach was clean and relaxing. A big bonus was having a great view of a rocket launch right from the balcony. Also very easy to communicate with owners. Our family can’t say enough great things about this property and I know this will be a go to spot for us for years to come!

Great Condo and Location

We stayed at this condo to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was a great stay! Exactly how it is described- clean, very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, beach towels! Enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool pool once you’ve become too warm from the beach. Communication with owners was a bonus- they readily responded with any questions that we had. I would totally recommend this condo for your vacation!

Nice clean place to stay next to the beach

Owners checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything and to keep us apprised of some painting on the exterior of the building. The owners thought about everything when stocking the condo. We didn’t need anything. There were even umbrellas, which we needed a few times this week. We would definitely like to stay again if we ever come back to this area.

Perfect for grandparents and grandchildren (and in between)

The condo is clean and very well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything - beach chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards, cooler - it’s all there. Very comfortable and relaxing place. Extra bonus was space launch that we did not expect. Highly recommend.
