  • Lugar perfecto para vacaciones! Este 2 dormitorios y 1 baño está completamente actualizado con todos los muebles nuevos. La decoración costera hace que este sea el lugar perfecto para llamar hogar mientras estás de vacaciones. Este condominio tiene todo NUEVO: ventanas, techo de metal, zócalo de 6 pulgadas, molduras, persianas, ventiladores, accesorios de iluminación, interruptores de luz, enchufes, panel eléctrico, pintura interior fresca, paredes texturizadas y techo. La cocina cuenta con NUEVOS gabinetes de madera de estilo agitador blanco, encimeras de granito gris encantador, barra invertida de azulejos de metro blanco y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Las tres camas tienen colchones de espuma viscoelástica. Sofá futón en la sala de estar. Tres nuevos televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana. Todos los utensilios de cocina, platos, tazas, tubérculos y utensilios son completamente nuevos. Nuevo Keurig, licuadora Ninja, también artículos de playa, parrilla de barbacoa y mucho más. Ven y mira a los delfines jugar desde el gran muelle de la comunidad. ¡Camina hacia la playa y la ciudad de Taco para almorzar! 2. 5 millas del centro de Cocoa Beach. Everything was great! The place was cute and the perfect size for our family. Easy access to the beach and in a peaceful location on the river. And we saw dolphins swimming right under the dock on the property!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to sit at the end of the street in the morning and watch the dolphins play and feed in the river was a real treat. The place was very clean and was everything we needed for a great time! We’d definitely rent from Jack and Leslie again!

Fantastic spot!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cocoa Beach! Communication with the owners was great, they were very responsive and friendly to work with. I would recommend to anybody!

Great place

Such a nice place! Everything you need is there. The apartment had a chilled beach vibe and was super clean. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. There was everything we needed for the stay - beach towels included. We can definitely recommend to stay here!

Charming and quiet cottage in perfect location for families

We rented since we had a cruise out of Port Canaveral. This little gem ticked all the boxes: quiet but accessible; steps from the beach in a quiet area; clean and practical; there is a small pier and deck on the river you can use. Bonus is we got to see a Space X launch from here one morning. Zero issues, we recommend.

Adorable & perfect location

This home was adorable! It was well maintained and in a great location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle or have some privacy. The home owners near by are helpful and kind! The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors if they wake before you or stay up later but it does not decrease the positives of the home, location, and kind neighbors. Beautiful scenery. Easy walk to the beach and dock. Great food and fun close by! The hosts are kind and respond quickly! I would definitely stay here again with my friends or family!

Host were very welcoming and accommodating. Very clean with all the amenities of home. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fabulous, the place was super clean and cute, and Jack and a Leslie were wonderful hosts!
