Summary:

This is a 3rd floor walk up unit, Key-west style 2B/2B condo with a direct ocean view. This is truly the perfect place for a great vacation in the sand and sun! This Cocoa Beach resort complex offers open pool, spa, tennis, shuffle board and more.



The Space:

Master bedroom with 1 queen bed, Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom offers a closet with shelving, 2 bathrooms, plenty of fresh linens & towels, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Free WiFi, Free parking on premises and TV's with Roku. Beach equipment is provided for guest use including: beach umbrella, small cooler or cooler bag, beach towels and at least two beach chairs at minimum.

Getting Around:

A car is helpful to get around all of Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral but not necessary. Access to parks, grocery shopping, restaurants, medical offices and banking are all within short walking distances of this property location. Ron Jons and other surf shops offer bicycle and scooter rentals just outside the resort.

The hosts were welcoming and had great tips for someone who has never been in the area. The place is clean and just like the pictures. It is right on the beautiful beachline and about an hour east of Orlando which makes for an easy ride to the amusement parks. Would recommend and go back again!

Disregard the outer appearance. Seems they are in the process of renovations. The inside was well worth it! Beautiful, cozy, and picture perfect view. Melaine and Jaden were phenomenal hosts. There was a slight hiccup during our stay due to contractors but once Melaine was made aware, she had us booked into another beautiful property and made sure the rest of our stay was perfect! We will definitely book here again as well as any other properties they operate. Comfort, convenience, and wonderful service. Until next time!!!

Great spot, great weekend.

We booked this place a little last minute, hoping to find somewhere to be able to be close to the air show in Cocoa Beach, and we were not disappointed! The apartment is a great little beach apartment, nothing fancy, nicely decorated with everything you need. The building/grounds are a little older, but that didn't take away from our stay at all. The porch view is amazing. 3rd floor with an ocean view, nice large balcony to sit on and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The beach is a short walk down the private boardwalk. Right across the street is a Publix and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. As far as the air show...wow! We could not have had a better spot. When it started we watched the first jets from the balcony and had a great view, then we moved down to the beach, which was crowded, but we had placed a tent earlier. We were no more than a 5 - 10 minute walk down the beach from the park where the air show takes place and we had great seats right there on the beach in front of the condo. Loved it, and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay- have realistic expectations!!

It's just really important here that you have realistic expectations. Our family of 5 had an AMAZING time here. It was just what we were looking for. That being said we knew we were trying to do this on the cheap. We wanted an OCEAN FRONT view, easy access to the beach, a pool, and to avoid crowds. This condo 100% fulfilled all those. We knew we were giving up something to have all these traits at an affordable price. The actual condo complex is really, really old and kind of falling apart. A lot of the units seemed abandoned. The condo itself was older and not high end, but definitely kept care of decently. The AC kept it cool, the appliances worked, plenty of hot water, and it had beach supplies in the closet! The beach access was great and had a good shower to rinse the sand off. And the view was perfect.One small thing to note- the AC in the main bedroom is very loud. We got used to it and slept fine, but I could definitely see if you are a light sleeper that it could be an issue.The pool looked a little iffy but was actually nice and again, not crowded. The area is nice with everything you need nearby with grocery store, drug store, coffee, etc. We ate at several nice restaurants on the water with no wait!

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach. The unit was just as it was listed. The view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise as well as some launches from NASA. The location can’t be beat!

Great location

Comfortable beds, clean, great view, close to shops. Bright decor. Wish they would have had some coffee and a couple bottles of water. Washing machine wouldn’t work, filled and wouldn’t drain even though we carefully followed directions. Nice having 2 full baths and 3rd floor stairs no problem to walk. Older building and is showing its age. Well stocked with towels.

Great view - shabby property

The best of this place - the view from the balcony and being steps to the beach. The property had beach towels but the beach chairs were falling apart. They had everything to cook but the skillets should be replaced. It was clean but old. Host was quick to answer questions. If you want a great view and beach access and just want a clean place to sleep- this is your place!

LOVED IT !!!!

This is a great place to stay before you get on the cruise ship....2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on the ocean !!!!!! We watched the ships leave the port from our balcony .. We will defiantly stay here again.

Upon arrival soon as you walk in ,it was like stepping into a cute little bungalow beach style condo . The views were more than gorgeous thanks to all the windows and amazing weather . It was the nicest trip I’ve had in a long while . Helicopter tours were on point and right up the street . E bike rentals to cruise over all the scenery nice and slow . the last night was extra special getting to watch Space X Rocket launch from balcony .All around amazing 5 days worth of beautiful vacation

2/2 Direct Ocean Front

Five Star rating because it was just what was advertised, from the Direct Ocean View to the full size kitchen and the location was five Star. Quiet stay for three nights added to the 5 Star as well. Ate at Port Canaveral, rode our bicycles, sat and enjoyed the waves from out balcony, read, made meals, went out two nights with friends, didn't make our trip to Merritt Island Nt'l wildlife -the black loop, next year. Did visit a museum, named Sands Space History Center, w/ gift shop, Lee spoke to us, free. Just the drive there is worth it. Saw a rocket launch. Condo has a fantastic view of the Blue Orgin Pad. Satisfied and would like to stay again!

Great View

Love being able to just sit out on the nice size deck and look out at the ocean. The beds were fine, the kitchen lacked pot holders and tongs and a few other items. But basically it was good find. The few issue that need work was that the tile floor made our bare feet very dirty. The floor didn't look dirty but our feet turned black. Also there was a rather loud noise, possibly from a neighbors air conditioner that could be heard in the main bedroom.
