Ubicado en Central Cocoa Beach, este condominio amigable con la familia tiene vista a la piscina y la playa en buen estado. Ubicado en el 4to piso, experimente la vista desde el balcón y escuche las olas. El dormitorio principal tiene cama King Size y baño privado. Dormitorio # 2 tiene camas gemelas dobles. Dormitorio # 3 tiene CAMA DE LA REINA. La sala de estar ha sido actualizada con hermosos pisos de baldosas y una sección de cuero. La cocina tiene BAR DESAYUNO y se abre al comedor y sala de estar adyacentes. La sala de estar se abre a un patio privado amueblado que da a la PISCINA y la PLAYA. Spanish Main se encuentra DENTRO DE UNA DISTANCIA A PIE DE LA TIENDA DE ALMACENES Y DE MUCHOS RESTAURANTES en el centro de Cocoa Beach. No mascotas por favor.

Will definitely stay here again when we come in for cruises. This condo was clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. Highly recommend this condo to all families! Hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions.

Great vacation location

We have been coming to the Spanish Main for the last couple years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. The owner is great to work with a quick to respond. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great location!

Our stay was very nice. So close to the beach. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there in the evenings. Great to have a washer and dryer in the condo to keep towels washed.

Condo was lovely! Very comfortable and well kept! The spanish main complex is quickly becoming a favorite for our family!

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The property was awesome with so much room! The location was so ideal! Not as close to the Pierre as we thought but not terrible. We will stay again!!

Place was good and we were happy with our short stay. Hosts were very communicative before and throughout stay. Place as described and happy with rare 3-bedroom unit on beach. Beds were soft. Unit well maintained but showing some wear. Really deserves a 4.5 stars. Thank you.

Cozy Stay

We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the Condo, but it met the requirements we needed. The pool was well taken care of and we spent a lot of time on the beach. They had some beach items for guest use, which was nice.

Property has all the essentials. Little outdated, but clean. Walk to beach, pool and mins from Ron Jon's, as well a Cruise Terminals.

My first time at a vrbo. Booking was easy, got pre trip questions answered correctly, billing was Simple, check in went smooth. clean, Homey, comfortable. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds, thanks for a wonderful time… we will recommend and be back!!

Nice Few Days on the Beach

We had a great time at the property. The location is wonderful. I think the condo could use a little love especially if we were to spend more time in it for an extended period of time but we are ones that don’t spend much time in the condo other than sleeping. Some fresh paint, better blinds and curtains, patio furniture and mattresses would vault your condo into 5 stars+. With all that being said though we still loved the property and location and if we were to ever come back to the space coast, we’d happily stay again.

Loved that it was close too the beach. Parking was a bit first come first serve basis sometimes u could get a space close to your room other times not so lucky. Rooms are outdated could use alot of modernization. But my condobwas atleast clea

Highly recommend!!!

Property was located in nice condo community. Respectful neighbors. Condo was well stocked to make our stay effortless. What I appreciated the most, Full kitchen with all the needs to make our meals effortless and a large closet full of pool/beach toys/chairs and shade. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. If available I would definitely make this my place to stay for our trips to Cocoa Beach. 5 stars, thanks for making our weekend great!!!

Heartwarming visit!

This property has everything anyone would need for a great beach stay. Beautiful view and hated pool, We will come back. The management here was very helpful and responded immediately when we asked for them to replace the AC filter. The dishwasher worked but was old and rusted inside. The king mattress as very firm and squeaky.
