House in Downtown Cocoa Beach.

Come experience a beach getaway in Downtown Cocoa Beach in this fully updated home only a few minutes walk from the beach. You will be welcomed with a welcome basket full of goodies, coffee, tea, and a drink (adult or not) of your choice. Rest your head on one of the three comfortable beds, each decorated with cute beach decor. Enjoy a good cup of coffee with the provided Keurig machine. A kitchen full of the necessary utensils and cooking tools is available to cook the fresh foods that can be bought at our local grocery stores and seafood markets. Besides the enjoyment of the beach, the house includes a screened in breezeway with a bar and a TV. Then a firepit is out back to enjoy the Florida nights.

The house is in a very convenient location in Cocoa Beach with the beach only a few minutes walk to the beach. During your time here we will be providing beach chairs, an umbrella for sun protection, boogie boards, surf board, sand toys, and towels. Many great restaurants and bars are also within walking distance and will be listed for your convenience upon arrival. Bicycles are provided and give the best way to get around this little town or take them to the beach at low tide for a leisurely beach cruise.

One more great thing about Cocoa Beach is our rocket launches. If lucky enough to be in town during a rocket launch, details will be provided, and the beach is one of the best places to witness this.

So, whether its for a week or for a month kick back, relax, and enjoy Cocoa Beach in this beautiful home.

First time at Cocoa Beach

The house is great location to the beach. We could easily walk a few short blocks to get there. We drove over with all the beach stuff (provided by owner) and could park for $5/hour. We also were close to enjoy the Dolphin Tour, Manatee Sanctuary park, and miniature golf.

Great place to spend time on beach!

My family and I spent 6 days in this house, everything was perfect, the house is clean, everything you need is there, it is close to the beach, the neighbors are nice, the shops are close, and thanks to Brian for his quick response to any inquiry, the house is very beautiful and you feel home.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time visiting family in Cocoa Beach. This house was perfect! The location was close to everything. House was clean and welcoming. Loved the outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

Great location in Cocoa Beach

This is a comfortable rental located near both downtown Cocoa Beach and the beach. It is within walking distance to some great restaurants. The kitchen has all you need if you like to cook a little. No coffee pot but a kureig if you like that. I had a minor problem that was quickly fixed which I appreciated. I would stay here again.
