Coco Sands Riverfront Pool Home w/5 Bedrms - 3 min to the beach

Explore Thousand Islands kayaking in the Banana River with mangroves, dolphins and manatee. Splash in the pool or lounge watching the kayakers float by. Fish and kayak by day and gather in the evening to enjoy tropical breezes in the tiki hut. One mile walk or drive to beach access with restrooms and picnic facilities. On the main floor/first level of the home, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an office with a door for privacy. Up the stairs, the second story has a large living room, kitchen and breakfast nook, large dining room, 2nd story deck, and half bath, plus the 5th bedroom with ensuite bath and a private deck. There are 4 TV's in the home with Roku streaming; a very large TV in the living room plus 3 of the 5 bedrooms has a TV and there's plenty of Wifi for all the devices you bring. Also, games and books are provided as we hope you'll disconnect from devices at times and use this wonderful space to reconnect with each other and with nature.

What a beautiful home in Cocoa Beach! Literally everything you could need or want is in this house. It was home away from home. We loved the view from the balconys and working from the table in the main lounge over looking the bay. We saw an alligator and saw dolphins every day. We were lucky enough to visit at the time of the airshow - which was amazing!! And we also saw a rocket launch which was super cool. The house is so accommodating for a couple of families as there is so much space to get away and chill. One thing I will say is double up on your mosquito repellant. Any house on the water is of course subject to the little guys, but if you want to sit out on an evening in the tiki bar (you should coz it’s brilliant) then you’ll need lots of repellant! I would absolutely recommend this villa to anybody looking to stay in Cocoa Beach. Thanks for having us!

Cocoa Beach

This house is amazing! The view is spectacular! So much room to accommodate our entire family! Every bedroom had its own private bathroom. There is an elevator inside, which was a pleasant surprise for the older generation in our group. The location was central to everything! Communication with the host was easy. I would love to book here again next time!

Wonderful

This is a beautiful home. It had everything we could want. The rooms and common areas were bright and open, as well as clean, nicely decorated and well kept. Beautiful views, a great pool and lots of amenities. We loved taking the kayaks that were available out into the mangroves. We saw dolphins, stingrays and lots of fish. My husband and kids enjoyed the billiards table. There is a hightop table that is set in front of giant windows, overlooking the water that made a great spot for cards and games. There is beach access with free parking minutes away and the home had beach chairs, boogie boards, etc that we could use. The kitchen had spices and condiments available, which made grocery shopping so much easier. We did not get a chance to use the outdoor kitchen next to the pool, but it looked lovely and with more time I am sure we would have. The beds were comfortable with high end linens and pillows. I can’t say enough nice things. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

House is absolutely gorgeous with lots of room. We had two families of 4 and everyone had their own space. The backyard on the river with the pool and tiki shack were perfect for relaxing in the sun! Everything was clean, well kept, and well equipped. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great location too!

Cocoa Sands paradise

We were a little worried with the kitchen being upstairs but it worked out perfectly. The elevator helped young and old in getting to the picturesque top floor without issue. The place is beautiful and better than the photos. Plenty of room for our family group of 10, from 89 to three. The wildlife and marine life were visiting constantly. I had forgotten how beautiful the Banana River is.

Family Vacation

My favorite week of the year with my grown children, their spouses, girlfriends and my granddaughter. The house was absolutely beautiful. All the amenities. Hurricane was coming through Florida, we got a lot of wind and rain most of our days but we brought plenty of games, the house had games, the pool was awesome, and the view 😍 The kids finally got out on the kayaks the day before we left. Great time, beautiful property, wonderful service.

I actually think the listing does not do this place justice. The house is very accommodating with plenty of room. We saw manatees, dolphins, numerous birds, and a gator swimming through the bay. Great host communication. Would stay again.

Christmas Getaway

This was a wonderful property and Jan was very quick with any communications or responding to questions. The property had anything you could think of. We saw dolphins daily, one up close and personal right next to the dock, stingray, and jellyfish. The only thing that could have made it better was a heated pool as the temps weren’t the greatest. The property had gorgeous views and was a quick jaunt to the beach. A lot of time was spent at the tiki bar, enjoying the views. I would totally recommend this property!

Amazing extended family vacation

Jan's property was amazing and had everything we needed for our week vacation. Jan was easy to work with and accommodating. She responded to any questions or requests right away. The house was beautiful and had everything as listed as well as plenty of extra bonuses. I could not believe how well stocked it was with little extras that I would never have expected at a rental property. The only thing we needed to buy was groceries! The pool and the river view were amazing. We took the kayaks out several times and saw dolphins, rays, fish, and plenty of birds. We also saw dolphins several times from the dock. This was my best VRBO experience yet! I hope to return again soon.

Amazing week!

We loved our stay at this property. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was set up beautifully for extended family to stay together. The back yard was 10/10 we loved the tiki bar, kayaks, dock and of course the pool. The wildlife was a highlight we were lucky enough to see dolphins, manatees and even an alligator (at a distance!). The beach and everything else you need is very close.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation Home

Our experience was by far 5 stars and very relaxing. We loved how the house had five rooms for everyone to have their own and bathrooms so we never felt like our family was stepping on each other’s toes. The view overlooking the water was gorgeous from the second floor and the elevator was perfect for many in our party that was older. This house was in a great location in Cocoa Beach, with an amazing pool, and fishing from the dock. The property manager was very attentive to us during our stay and always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property and hopefully will be back in the future.

Nothing Short of Amazing

We took our family and a few friends for vacation and celebration, and we could not have had a better time ! We literally never felt like we needed to leave the house ! It is tranquil, plenty of room. ALL the amenities you could ever need ! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! I usually bring a few things from home in fear that a property won’t have things , or enough of it …. Nope not here. I would not have had to bring a thing! Jan was wonderful, and prompt and accommodating of any need. Can’t say enough great things !

A quiet and relaxing spot

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. It’s a house with an extremely unique design, and an even more unbelievable outdoor setting right on the water. The property manager was very responsive on any questions we had - from using the kayaks to other general inquiries about the area. We will definitely use this property for future trips.
