6. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, kitchenware, and basic spices.

7. The living room is a queen sleeper sofa with a Temperpedic mattress.

8. We do not provide; bath soaps, fitted sheet for pack n play, or sunscreen.

9. We provide deposable items (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) as a starter kit. Should you run out during a long stay, there are local places to purchase more.

10. We do not provide safety devices or a baby gate for the pool. Bring what you need to ensure safety for your family. Swim at your own risk.

11. POOL HEATER: The pool heater stays on 87 degrees all year.
