Ocean View Condo with Private Roof Top Patio

This cozy 2nd Floor condo is located in a guard gated community called Coco Sunset Hills. Situated on the side of the mountain makes for perfect views from every angle. Enter into the open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Just off the living space is the bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and equipped bathroom. This corner condo boasts tons of sunlight coming through the many windows. Head upstairs to your private rooftop terrace which has a covered seating area, dining table and chairs, washing machine, and Grill. The condo comes equipped with beach towels, bath towels and bedding linens. There is also WiFi throughout the condo, and in the common pool areas.

I loved staying in this condo and want to return already! It was perfect for a solo traveler or two people. I loved the rooftop views, the walkability of the property, and the comfort of the home. I appreciate the responsiveness and help from the host, Marty. I will be back!

Our host was wonderful- he was always quick to answer any questions and helped solved any issues quickly. The studio was very comfortable and nicely decorated and was well equipped. The grounds and numerous pools were beautiful and very clean and the security guards and maintenance crew were all very friendly. I enjoyed doing yoga upstairs on the rooftop patio - it was so beautiful! We stayed there for 25 nights and we enjoyed walking the beach daily, we joined the Club at Coco for the month and enjoyed pickleball, fitness classes and their weight room and pool - all amazing. We also did some great tours - lots to do! We will be back. Thank you to our host Marty!!!

My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular sunsets over the ocean. We spent a lot of time diving, and it was a quick drive to our dive shop. It’s an easy walk to the town and the beach, and there are also restaurants right nearby. We highly recommend the condo, and we hope to be able to return some day!

Beautiful location with incredible owner!!

We thought this was the cutest condo ever. In a great location. We had a water issue that was NOT the fault of the owner and received the greatest assistance from him. Stop looking at other condo's and book this one, you will not be disapointed.

Wonderful Unit with perfect features!

Cute one bedroom, close to the beach! Had everything we needed! Rooftop to watch the sunset, cold AC for us spoiled Texans, and perfect amount of space for two. Would definitely stay again!!!

The perfect place

This condo is absolutly perfect ! Everything was clean, the condo is modern and peacefull. The pools are incredible and you gonna feel really safety on the site. Marty answer really quickly when you have question. I really wish to come back one Day !

Très bien situé. Plage facile d’accès. On se trouve au centre de la baie. Sécurité ultimum. Dépanneur à moins de 500 pieds et épiceries, banques, restaurants à plus de 1 kilomètre. La terrasse sur le toit aurait avantage à être ventilée, car peu de vent.

Bedroom is comfortable. Bed is a bit hard but good quality. Air conditioning is working well. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of items to use (air dryer, flat iron, umbrellas, mosquito repellant). Towels were clean and abundant. Cleanliness was a big issue. The towels from the previous guests were still in the apartment. The mirror was soooo dirty with toothpaste. There were hair and sand all over the rooms. I had to clean the apartment myself. The shower has no pressure. It’s difficult to rince off the soap. And it never empties itself. You’re in dirty water for a couple of days.

Couldn't be happier

The condo was perfect for our 3 week visit. The unit was just as described, modern and newly furnished. We enjoyed the condo complex very much, the pools and surrounding grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We spent every morning sipping coffee on the roof top deck taking in the sights and sounds of nature, birds monkeys, etc. Our unit had everything we needed; well supplied kitchen, good WiFi, TV had all the streaming apps, ample hot water and pressure! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, including nice beach towels, cooler, sun block, etc. The Host provided timely communication and was very helpful during our stay. It was our first visit to Playas Del Coco, it is a wonderful area. Plenty of cafes, sodas, restaurants and bars within walking distance, we felt very safe even in the evening. Beach is fabulous, and also a short distance from the condo. We enjoyed a deep sea fishing excursion and caught a couple of Mahi-Mahi and made fish tacos! We wend scuba diving several times and couldn't even begin to express how wonderful that was! We would end most days with cocktails on the roof top deck watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean! We had a GREAT time and are looking forwarding forward to returning again.

Immaculate compact comfort

Beautifully appointed, and exceptionally clean condo with everything you need, and nothing more. Comfortable bed, lovely linens and like new towels. Conveniently located with easy beach access on foot. Beautiful pools throughout the gated property. Private terrace provided extra room to stretch out and relax in the sun. Marty was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails/texts.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and town. Multiple pools available for swimming on the property. The owner was easy to communicate with. Towels and linens were clean and like new. Overall we had an excellent stay.
