"The staff is an incredibly friendly & helpful - it was so nice to be welcomed by them when we arrived. The hotel is perfect for our needs, a comfortable bed, mini-fridge and the basics. The hot tub was a very pleasant experience after a long day of paddle boarding!"

"I was only here for one day but would have booked more time if I knew of some of the activities available in Bend. The room had a view of the river and park with people swimming and kayaking. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good the only thing wrong was there were no coffee cups in the room and I didn’t realize until the morning when there was no staff on site to get some."

"Had a late check in, got settled in and manager came knocking told me I couldn’t park my U-Haul since it took multiple spots. Even though the parking lot was not full."

"Breakfast seating options weird. Lots of circular couch seating with minimal flat surfaces for putting plates..essentially eat off your lap. The arrangement of food items and accessories not logically placed. Having to pay a fee to park in their empty parking lot was absurd."

"The reception staff was so helpful and upgraded our rooms without us asking. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to warm up after a day of rafting. They helped us figure out the TV channels and the attitude was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are updated-ish but I’ve stayed in a lot more “modern” looking rooms where the staff was not at all pleasant. Overall, the reception and management people made this stay memorable in a very positive way."

"This place is definitely not a Hotel, it’s a Motel. Very unique decor and vibes. I stayed here with my 2 kids and definitely wouldn’t stay again. It’s very “party” vibes. The pool has a DJ and they let locals come swim so it’s very packed with adults. They say it’s newly remodeled but it seems like they just slapped some paint in the rooms and called it good. There is a big homeless camp behind the building. The parking is awful, I had an SUV and the spaces and area was crammed I couldn’t park...
