"We didn’t use the amenities, just a room. It was gray everything which looks very ussr to me. The couch was just ok comfortable and the bed was one of the hardest I ever slept in. Nice layout. Nice gray room. Just not the most comfortable sleep."

"What a beautiful stay we had at a peaceful, serene inn on the banks of the river next to Middleton House estate and gardens. Our room had everything we needed, bed was super comfy . Walking distant to Middleton house and restaurant with complimentary tickets to the gardens and tours.Breakfast buffet was excellent . Will stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"Whole overall service and cleanliness was pretty good, the overall condition, at least in out room was no where near to Hilton standards. There were missing knobs on the drawer in living room. It looked like Edward Scissor Hands or Freddy Krueger tried to open the microwave, handle all scarred up and missing finish. The TV cable in bedroom was ripped out of the unit. The drapes had rips and holes in them, and frayed on the end. Carpet and furniture looked well worn, and could use a refresh....

"The overall plus was that the property was conveniently located near airport. The dining furniture was in extremely poor condition. The cushion coverings for all the chairs were tattered & torn. Food: no variety— waffles, eggs, pork sausage; oatmeal toppings were limited. Fresh fruit: only green apples. Yogurt: offered the least expensive option the red/white Yoplait. Room carpet needs cleaning. Water station didn’t consistently have lemons added. Great staff— facilities & breakfast need an...
