✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.

✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.

✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.

✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the front side of the house.

✹ To accommodate all group sizes, we charge additional fees per person after the first person.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house.

✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.

✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity
✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum

You'll have the entire house, with contactless check-in and will be given a door code for entry/exit. This home is behind another property. Hot tub and other outdoor amenities are NOT included. For information on renting both units, please ask us and we will happily share information.

While we don't have dedicated on-site parking, the surrounding streets provide ample parking space for your convenience. Please feel free to park in the designated areas nearby, ensuring to observe any local regulations and restrictions.
