Additional House Rules:

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes) is strictly prohibited indoors. Violation will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500. Smoking is only permitted outside and must be done quietly to avoid disturbing neighbors. Please respect this rule to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment for all guests.

No Underage Drinking or Drug Use: Any consumption of alcohol or drugs by minors is prohibited.

Pets: Parties and unauthorized pets are not allowed inside. Approval may be granted for a maximum of 2 dogs, subject to an additional charge of $40 per night (total, not per pet), up to a maximum of $240. Note: A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply for any pet-related cleanup, depending on the severity.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Hosting parties or large gatherings is not permitted. A minimum $750 cleaning fee will apply for any necessary party cleanup.

Checkout and Early Check-In Fees: Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $150 charge. Early check-in or late checkout (with prior notice) is available for a $50 fee.
