Our guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, three bedroom, one luxury bath, private home.

This one story ranch home has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has both a Queen and a Single bed. The third bedroom has a Full bed and a Single Bed. The home will comfortably sleep eight people. The living room is furnished with ample seating, a Large Screen TV and a New Gas Fireplace.

Come enjoy the large comfortable screened porch with outdoor seating and room for dining outside.

The kitchen is perfect for dining and entertaining. It is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and a huge kitchen island for gathering. We also have a dining room table that is perfect for dining or playing a board game.

Located near all shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Just twenty minutes to Downtown Cleveland, home of the 'Rock and Roll Hall of Fame', the Cavaliers, Indians, Monster's Hockey and Brown's Stadium.

Just a five minute drive to Lake Erie and great beaches, and fishing options.

Nearby you can enjoy theaters, arcades, bowling alleys, tons of shopping options, groceries, swimming and much more.

Just minutes away from the popular Kirtland Temple Visitors Center and LDS Sites.

Great neighborhood that was quiet and close to everything we needed. About two miles from historic Kirtland. Plenty of room for the five of us. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely use again on future trips and recommend to friends visiting the area.

We came into town to visit with family for the weekend. We were very happy when we walked through the door and saw the house looks exactly like it showed online. Great stay for our fishing trip!

Very clean, nice appliances, quiet neighborhood, screened in porch was a huge plus! Only 15 minutes from Fairport Harbor where we caught our charter boat for an AMAZING walleye fishing experience!! Definitely will stay here again if I’m in the Mentor area. Thank you!!

Weekend visit

We were very pleased with this house. It was clean, which is a must. It is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating.They had everything that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of linens and towels, and the laundry room was great. It was just a short drive to many places you can visit. Love the screened in porch, it's a great place to have coffee, tea, meals, or cocktails. We even saw a fawn in the back yard.

Weekend in Mentor, Ohio

Great property! The place is very clean and in great shape. Lots of space for our family of 5 adults. The heating and gas fireplace worked well, kitchen was large and had all the needed pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Nice bathroom with a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Beds were very comfortable, lots of clean towels. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The host Matt was very friendly and responsive. We were very impressed by the tour we took of the nearby James Garfield house. Lots of restaurants nearby. Restaurants were all very crowded on the Saturday night we were there...we tried 3 restaurants which all had more than an hour wait, so just cooked pasta at the house. We greatly enjoyed our visit to the art museum and our hike in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, as well as Sunday brunch at the West Side Market Cafe. Bought some great cheese, pasta, olives at the market, then did a drive by the Christmas Story house before heading home.

Perfect for our needs

We were visiting Ohio to see the Ohio Celtic Festival. The house is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed family time sitting on the back porch each evening. The owner was especially kind when my son forgot his phone. Thank you for great stay!
