Step into our inviting multi-family residence featuring Unit 1, a roomy 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor. Enjoy a private entrance and complete seclusion for a cozy and comfortable stay - your perfect home away from home.

Please note that Unit 1 is a self-contained apartment and not the entire house.

For your comfort and convenience, Unit 1 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway.

➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation.

Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process.

We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and they are welcome here.

Note: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Please avoid moving furniture.

Nice property with responsive management

The property manager contacted us on arrival day before we got to the property just to check and let us know how to contact them. This turned out to be helpful since there was a question when we arrived at the property. They were immediately available via telephone to clarify the situation. They were again responsive and available later when we had another question. The property itself was comfortable and clean and fit the description. We were very satisfied with this unit, and the location close to Cedar/Lee was great. We walked over for some very tasty pizza. The proximity to University Circle was good for our needs. We would be happy to stay here again.

Everything we needed!

This apartment was fantastic all around. The spaces, furniture, and fixtures were all clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to interact with. The location couldn't have been more perfect---convenient to places we needed to go, yet on a quiet street.
