👣 Please note that guests must climb stairs to access Unit 4, which is located one set of stairs below. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to climb up and down a few flights of steps.

👣 Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

👣 Please note that guests must navigate stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, as it's considered a "garden apartment" partially below the main/street level. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. Access to the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor requires climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

After care

Had to stay in Cleveland for aftercare from a medical procedure received there. Host is very responsive to any concerns, and the guest relations man, Jimmy, on site is great.

My son and I had to work in Cleveland, OH for 4 weeks. Alec was in constant communication with me throughout my stay. Instructions were clear for laundry, door codes, etc. Jimmy the property manager is absolutely awesome. The property is well manicured and the location is about 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. If you like "mom and pop" restaurants, there are plenty in the area. I am planning on returning in February/March and staying here. I really liked this place.
