Summary:

Welcome to our wonderful loft in the Historic Warehouse District! Seconds from Lake Erie, The Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, and Cleveland Browns Stadium. This spot is considered one of the best locations in the city-- walking distance from the best stores/restaurants/bars in Cleveland and walkable to every major sports stadium, Jack Casino and Public Square. And of course, we have a shuffle board table for you to enjoy!



The Space:

Guest Access:

There is one flight of stairs to climb when first entering the building, after that you can take the elevator to the loft. Parking is not included, however there is a lot directly next to the building that typically is affordable. Entire space plus gym are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cleveland's Historic Warehouse District.



Getting Around:

Parking not included, however there are lots of lots in the surrounding area. Also, the RTA (public transit) is down the street and walkable from the unit.

STEPS: There is a staircase in the front of the common area of the apartment building (about 12 steps), one flight of stairs to the elevator which will take you to the 4th floor.

Appointment with Cleveland Clinic

I brought my sister to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and we stayed for 3 days. The apartment was perfect! I looked everywhere for a bathtub and found one here. The location was within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants downtown. We ended up walking everywhere. It was wonderful to see what a beautiful city Cleveland is. We plan to return and stay here again. 10 stars!!!

Mark was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. The property was as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for exploring different coffee, and food attractions, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, during our stay, our car was vandalized in the parking lot adjacent to the property. We had our windows smashed and the car was sifted through. While we understand that this is not the hosts fault for this incident, we feel it's important to inform future guests about the potential for vandalism in the area. Perhaps improved lighting, security cameras, or more patrol in the area. Just to be clear the parking lot is not owned by the host it is owned by Park ABM. Despite this unfortunate incident, we appreciate the hospitality shown by Mark. We hope that by sharing our experience, future guests can take necessary precautions.

Place and location are great. Parking can be a challenge.weekends are loud into late night due to late night cruising by young people in loud vehicles/motorcycles. Owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. Can walk to great restaurants and bars……fun spot

Very satisfied

This was our first trip to Cleveland and got really lucky with this stay. The place was very clean and close to things we wanted to do downtown. The only downside was the parking. We felt like we were paying more in parking than we were in food. We felt safer to park in the garages and it ended up being very expensive. But overall, the Vrbo itself was great!

Flats Runner’s Getaway

Great location centrally located to everything Cleveland. The loft is the perfect size for a couples getaway. We especially loved the path from East to West flats for morning runs.

Clean, cozy, and fun! Would recommend!

I stayed here over New Years Eve for a wedding with my sister. The apartment was accurately represented in the pictures and was clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
