"We just got back from a trip to Cleveland to attend a concert and visit Rock Hall. The Good: The hotel is located only a short walk to not only Rock Hall but other downtown attractions. "The room was clean. I was happy to have a shower cap. The pool water was cloudy. Didn’t look clean. The staff was helpful. Shaq at the lounge was very nice and helpful. One front desk male was not so courteous and his long unkept fingernails grossed me out."
