    The estate was even chosen by HGTV as one of America's 'MOST OUTRAGEOUS HOMES!'

    The estate has FOUR video game arcades w/ commercial machines plus indoor AND outdoor (poolside) movie theaters... There's also a basketball court, soccer field, horseshoe pit, bean bag toss custom-build field....AND... a 14 hole themed commercial-grade mini golf course! Then there's the indoor slide, indoor rock climbing, chalkboard room (where you can literally write all over the walls!), motorized carousel rides, fishing, 'Ballpit' Room--featuring 23,000 balls to splash in... sound stage bedroom, gym, two full kitchens plus a separate outdoor kitchen... AND MORE-- all on 62 private, gated acres!

    The Ever After Estate is peaceful. It is private. It is a truly gorgeous slice of nature... There are huge green fields, mature oak trees, tropical landscaping, and beautiful sand hill cranes.

    Its lazy Southern style porches are complemented by over-the-top luxuries and eccentricities like a heated toilet seat, remote-controlled blinds, 2 fully-stocked indoor kitchens, 2 elaborate outdoor kitchens, carousel horse rides, indoor and outdoor billiards tables, game rooms, video arcades w/ full-sized game machines, air hockey, foosball, table tennis, horseshoes, tetherball, private mini golf, extensive mural work, fairy tale theme, indoor AND outdoor movie theaters, hot tubs, playgrounds, a water park-style slide into a lagoon themed waterfall pool, a 2 story indoor slide into a recreation room, and so much more!

    ***ANSWERS TO SOME OF THE MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS***

    1. How do 45 People Fit In 13 Bedrooms at The Ever After Estate?!?!
    Each bedroom has either a King bed, a Queen bed, or two twin bunks. Therefore, the 13 main bedrooms sleep 26 guests. Additionally, the Estate has 14 twin rollaway beds, one full-sized futon, 9 luxury reclining theater seats, and couches! The remaining guests are either babies using our pack-n-play cribs OR adults/kids using their own sleeping bags, our couches, their own tents for camping... Most commonly: Teens/young adults using the fully-reclining luxury seats of our movie theater--which include blankets & pillows! (They tend to fall asleep in there after playing video games & watching movies on the giant screen until the wee hours!!!)

    2. It Says You Have A 3 Night Minimum...but..I only need 1 or 2 nights...
    Sorry, the minimum is in place for good reason BUT... If* we have a 1-2 night GAP in our calendar, then you can certainly fill THAT slot by special request! Say, for example, we have a guest scheduled to check out on a Wednesday and the next guest isn't checking in until that Friday. THEN, you could fill that 2 night Wednesday-Friday gap if you want to! Otherwise, just go ahead and book 3 nights-- You may choose not to sleepover the 3rd night--but at least you'll be able to stay on site as long as you want that last day---checking out late--- since you will have technically booked the Estate through the following morning!

    3. How Much Does It Cost To Rent The Ever After Estate?
    Most of the year, it's $1895-$2135/night. Departure cleaning is $888 and taxes are 11%. For exact prices, select dates here on VRBO. In the upper right corner, there will be an "average nightly" rate displayed with a "VIEW DETAILS" link right below it. There is a $285 fee if you book and then cancel. Deposits are refunded for cancellations up to 120 days before arrival.

    4. Is It Negotiable?
    Not at all, sorry! The Ever After Estate is a very special property. The owner's family only rents it out when they travel (which is 60-90 nights per year!) and they simply don't leave such an incredible home for less. Tremendous work goes into preparing for (and after) each guest and the rates accurately reflect how much the owner's need to recoup to make it fair to all. When you consider that most decent Central Florida hotels are $150-$250 per night (plus parking, fees, etc;) to sleep 2-4 people, surely you'll agree that $1900/night to sleep up to 46 people on your own privately gated 62 acre island is an excellent deal!

    5. Cancellation policy? Your deposit minus a $285 booking fee and any applicable credit card fees will be refunded if you cancel more than 120 days prior to your scheduled check-in. This policy overrides any other posted on Homeaway/VRBO

Very elegant abd attractively furnished.

The property was beautiful, and the 3 homes were decorated beautifully. The children had a wonderful time with all the games and pool. We never had to help entertain them. What wasn't great was the sofa bed in the guest house. Son & daughter in law had to put mattress on the floor, plus find 2 cot mattresses to pile on top. Plus the roll out cots were bad. The cot in harry potter room was missing 7 springs, horribly saggy and not useable. Those cots & sofa bed mattresses need replacing. The master bedroom was wonderful and comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and since out party had 4 real chefs it was nice to cook every meal. The Teflon pots and pans were very cut up and not anything of quality to use. Luckily I brought some cast iron. The big hit was the gorgeous lagoon pool and slide enjoyed by all. Their outdoor grill was big and that allowed up to cook for our 39 guests. Lots of porches and decks and living rooms. The teenagers slept in the theater room which had 9 reclining theater chairs. Our toddlers and young Kids liked the ball pit. The only problem I had was trying to accommodate older couples into rooms that were only bunk beds. Perfect for kids but not adults. The owners were super nice and tried to take great care of us by phone. I would probably book one of their other estates the next time.

My son wedding!

Place was great, even better then the great pictures, that are on line. We’ll be going back for sure! Every top shelve . The only thing I would like to see is a microwave in that great Landry room,would help with large groups at the out side pool kitchen. But that’s coming from a Dad the did all the cooking. Except the wedding,dinner. And local caterer was good, along with the bakery, the cakes were great (we had 2 wedding cakes). Will tell everyone I know!

Great Family Reunion at Ever After

We had a reunion of 37 people and the place was close to perfect for our function! The fantasy themes were eye openers for everyone ! So much entertainment for just about everybody young and old; active or otherwise. The booking process was stream lined and trouble free. Everything were kept clean and functional. Landscapes neatly trimmed. There were minor service problems; but were addressed promptly. All in all, everything was close to our expectation. It's a great place highly recommended for family gatherings especially with kids.

Ever After Estate = fairytale wedding

We reserved the estate after touring for my daughter's wedding and so glad we did. The grounds created the woodland ambiance she wanted and made the perfect setting for pictures. The added bonus of providing sleeping for the bridal party and close family allowed for a full weekend of celebration. Ginger (property manager) was very responsive to all contacts and was knowledgeable about everything from how to operate the pool spa to pacman game. It was a pleasure to work with someone so efficient and she was very patient with this mother of the bride and novice wedding planner. The homes were very clean and organized, and the property provided so many options for entertainment we never got to enjoy them ALL during our day stay. If I were asked to offer any suggestions for improvement for the estate I would have none. The home is exactly as pictured with much attention to detail. AMAZING attention to detail. We didn't have many children stay but I can imagine that any child would love this place as much as Disney and here, mom doesn't have to worry where the kids are because it's all enclosed (Property surrounded by water and no one on "island" except your party). It's a fabulous option for the do it yourself wedding, although they do offer a list of preferred vendors. My one suggestion from an event standpoint is they need to expand that list and remove vendors who do not live up to guests expectation or even to their commitment as the caterer seriously let us down and failed to fulfill their commitment, the only fiasco to our otherwise fairy tale perfect wedding. While February can be an iffy month weather wise in Florida, a big thanks to Ginger and Andrew (owner) for arranging the PERFECT weather for our wedding day. High of 72, low of 64 and no mosquitoes (OK, so maybe God had a lot to do with that lol). Thanks Ginger, Andrew (and his displaced family) for allowing us to use your private, beautiful home for our once in a life time, Happy EVER AFTER event!

Family Vacation

I came across this property while searching for a place for my family of 19 to stay during a visit to Disney. I knew immediately based on the pictures and description that it would be perfect for all ages (ages 1 - 69). The property was phenomenal! The children spent hours in the ball pit and playing outside on the multiple merry-go-rounds and play area. The whole family was able to play putt-putt, volleyball, basketball and soccer. The pool was beautiful and looked like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, we didn't think about utilizing the pool heat in time. The weather was a bit chilly, and we weren't able to use it. When it got dark outside, we moved inside and played multiple games of air hockey and arcade games, and watched movies in the theater room. We were even able to use the fire pit and make s'mores one evening. My aunt, who loves to cook, couldn't stay out of the chef's kitchen, which was well appointed and stocked with utensils and equipment. There was plenty of space for everyone to be without crowding anyone. We went to Disney, but after a few hours everyone decided they would rather hang out at the house! I can't remember a time when we stayed outside for so many hours. The home owner Andrew was phenomenal from the inquiry to the check out. He answered every question I had personally and very quickly. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a positive experience. This house is everything the description says it is and so much more. We were able to spend quality time together and make fabulous new memories together. Our family is looking forward to making this an annual tradition and visiting this property and the other fabulous properties that Andrew owns. Don't hesitate to book this home - you will not be sorry!

We loved The Ever After Estate!

We stayed at The Ever After Estate for 4 days and nights and it was great! We were traveling with 8 people, including 5 kids ranging in age from 19 to 7. The kids loved playing air hockey, miniature golf, basketball and the board games. They also spent a lot of time in the movie theater, the pool and the outdoor theater. The owners of the house and their staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They helped us arrange for catered dinners including a poolside BBQ, a Mexican food night, steaks and potatoes, and Italian food. They also helped to advise us on places to go locally. The rooms were very nice and the house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we wanted to use during our stay. The location was convenient to Disney and to Universal Studios and it was very nice after a day at the parks to come home and have a large, private place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend The Ever After Estate and hope to check out the sister property soon.

Most Amazing Rental Home Experience

If the Garden of Eden still exists, this place is IT. Weeks after my stay, I'm still saying "WOW" looking at our photos. The Ever After Estate is, as far as I know, completely original-- There's nothing else like it. We thought the pictures were amazing before we arrived...but the photos simply don't do the place justice. This not just a vacation home-- It was like having our own mini resort of even theme park. The water slide was INCREDIBLE-- just as good as any major water park's--but-- since it was in "our" backyard-- we had unlimited, private access.. The pool was amazing-- I definitely recommend sitting under the waterfalls and letting the water massage your shoulders! Outdoor billiards? A HUGE hit---but not as big of a hit as OUTDOOR movies poolside under the stars-- One night--we watched almost 3 complete movies outside back-to-back...(The estate had a collection of about a thousand movies!)... The main kitchen was huge and fully stocked but we spent a good portion of our time using the outdoor summer kitchen & grill... One day we had mini golf contests-- Other days, the men fished--and the rest of us played volleyball, horseshoes, tetherball, soccer, bean bag toss--and some of the other games set up around the property.. The little kids--especially the little princesses LOVED the carousel horses.. There were over 30 of us and we never felt crammed in at all--- It was fun just to look at all of the hidden art, themes, unusual decor....and.. oh my, what else? Well, the teen boys in our group were often lost playing video games on the huge movie theater screen while others played skeeball and splashed down the INDOOR slide into the ballpit room.. The scenery was incredible.. I loved the tall sand hill cranes...and we even saw a large turtle during our stay--but... what made it extra special---and worth going back to more than anything-----was the careful attention we received from Andrew-- the place is his like "child"---but he let us have it to ourselves--yet--he was always a text message away if we had any questions or needed any help-- His level of service and his attention to detail were better than anything I've experienced in a hotel--and WAY better than anything in any other vacation home-- Then again, The Ever After Estate is far more than just a home. We'll be back.

Corporate Retreat or Family Fun...

Regardless of what brings you to Orlando, the Ever After Estate will send you home with fond memories. From the first contact the owner, Andrew, was professional, timely, and accesible. In much the same way, the estate is professional from the quality of decoration to the attention to maintenance, there is little expense spared. The estate is timely, as activities from Horseshoes, to full court basketball, to pinball machines and water slides appeal to the broadest range of ages. Accesibility has also been given consideration as each pinball machine had a stepping stool by it, so even smaller children could play. As mentioned in other reviews, our group too elected not to return to a theme park on one of the days of our trip, but instead stay at The Ever After Estate and enjoy the activities. Thanks Andrew!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!

Our impression of the estate began before we even arrived. We emailed the owner several times and he was always responsive and eager to answer all of our questions. Upon arrival, the estate wowed us. The pictures do not do it justice. The owner met us and gave us the full tour, leaving nothing out. Everything was immaculate. It was clean, neat and everything worked properly. It was totally private and quiet but not isolated as there were restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A short trip down the road and you're at all the major theme parks. The landscaping was well tended and beautiful. The pool and hottub were perfect for having fun or you could relax on any one of the many hammocks around under the mature trees. If you wanted to have some fun, the mini golf is terrific and the games were endless. Plenty of opportunity for kids to have fun but if you're an adult group, there are plenty of things to do as well. The owner texted us during our stay to make sure everything was in order, which it was, but he did not intrude. We knew he was only a phone call away if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped to cook anything from a snack to dinner for a large party. Every room was well appointed and comfortable. This is truly a wonderland to which we will return again!! Amwesome, Amazing, Perfect!

We had a very large reunion at Everafter. Andrew and his team were great at responding to my questions and concerns before and during our stay. The house is better than the pictures. We spent 5 days at the house without leaving and never got bored. Very clean and beautiful! Awesome rental!

Family Vacation

My husband, my 3 children and their families, my 2 sisters and their families and I spent the best vacation we ever had at The Ever After Estate. The pictures of the house and the property don't begin to show how wonderful it is. We had so much fun in the pool, playing minature golf, watching movies, playing a game of pool on the outside table and taking walks. We really enjoyed all of the terrific decor in the main house and the entertainment house. The Big "kids" liked playing all the video games and the little kids loved the ball pit room as well as the chalkboard room. We enjoyed spending time together in the big kitchen with enough room for all of us. The house had everything we could have asked for and some things we never thought of. I can't say enough fantastic things about our stay except we look forward to doing it again. It would be a great place to get away for just my husband and I. Dream Wedding and Amazing Weekend!!!

May 12th- May 15th, 2011 was the most amazing weekend of my life. The Ever After Estate was more than words or emotions could ever explain. From the first day I spoke with Andrew I knew that he was the MAN to help me get everything the best for my friends and family. He welcomed us into his beautiful, carling, warm and lovely home. My Wedding that was held here that Saturday the 14th, was the best wedding my family and friends have ever been too and it was because of this amazing place and family. The scenery and landscape was enough alone. My guests said they have never seen a place that was so set up and organized. Any game or amenities you could think of was here from a 2 story water slide to a two story ball pit. Being 27 and now married I really took a trip down memory lane and my childhood years. I really felt like a princess for my wedding and it was all because of The Ever After Estate!!! Thank you Andrew for EVERYTHING, you went above and beyond and we are very grateful! I will never forget all you and the team you recommend did to make are day special!

Amazing Family Vacation at Ever After

We had a fantastic time at the Ever After Estate with 19 family members and friends. One family member summed up the week when she said, "The worst I can say about this week is that I shouldn't have spent so much time at Disney." All ages, from baby to grandmother, were well-entertained and very comfortable. We hope to return again!

If you Are Looking For Fun in Large Doses at a Quality Property

The Ever After Estate is a Winner in every way. What is promoted on vbro and the property's site is exactly what you can expect. We were there for 11 days in December 2010 for the Christmas and New Years holidays as well as to enjoy our 50th. Anniversary celebration. We accommodated as many as 13 guests living there in luxurious comfort . Young folks at 10 up to ancients at 75 all enjoyed the fantastic estate and its many facilities and activities. The owner, Andrew and his helpers like Katie are very helpful and fun to work with. Clermont offers all the services, supplies and restaurants you will need. Be sure and try the Redwing, Kelly's Pub and Cheeser's Palace for great food. Cheeser's also is a fantastic caterer. I will be happy to respond to anyone that has questions about our stay. We had the opportunity to stay at the EverAfterEstate during the past Thanksgiving weekend. We had 9 adults and 12 grandchildren and we all had a ball!! There is something for every age, the kids did not want to leave..The adults had so much fun watching the kids have fun…It’s the perfect place for a reunion or a holiday stay…no need to even leave the property for any reason. The entire place is kept extremely clean, everything we needed was provided (including bed rails, for the little one!)... I highly recommend this property, it is a great place for families to relax together and a place where memories are made. Andrew was great to work with as was Katie his assistant. Wow. Unforgettable

I took my family to The Ever After Estate in October of this year. Even after seeing all the wonderful stuff on the website, we still approached this vacation with a bit of trepidation. Well, let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. Like staying on a huge nature reserve will all the comforts of a beautiful well-kept home and an amusement park. The kids had a TOTAL BLAST! I have three boys and they stayed in the game house and it was perfect for them. They almost didn’t want to go to Disney there was so much cool stuff to do. I would highly recommend The Ever After Estate for anyone looking for an awesome luxury vacation spot….it has it all…and then some.

This property is the most fantastic place for a large family or group to spend a holiday , the property was 100% as described, well maintained and very clean , there was also detailed explanations of how everything worked with someone always on the end of a phone to deal with any questions or problems. I would have no problems recommending this property to anyone ,the ultimate in luxury rentals, my family have many great memories of our stay and hope to return many times in the future.
