"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"The bed was good, slept well, the toilet worked, hot water was hot, morning shower was good. I was able to park at my door. "

"Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! "

"To be so close to the holidays and having to work out of town it was a cheap and reasonable place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely give another try."
