WELCOME TO BASECAMP AT TRAILSIDE
Spectacular new lodge in the gated mountain community of Trailside! Basecamp is built for year round entertainment and relaxation. This 3 Bedroom + Bonus / 3 Bath custom home is nestled in the woods with a commanding view of the Stuart Mountain Range, and comes with access to the Trailside community pool facility.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a king bed and is supported by a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
* The lower floor guest bedroom has a queen bed.
* The lower floor bonus/bunk room has two sets of twin/twin bunks with twin trundles underneath, a TV and direct access to the covered, private hot tub.
* The lower floor bedrooms are supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.

LOCATION
Basecamp is located within the brand new Mountain Community of Trailside just 5 miles from Cle Elum and 7 miles from golf and fine dining at Suncadia Resort. You’ll have access to the new community pool facility within walking distance of the cabin! The Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through September weather permitting. (A maximum of 6 guests can use the pool facility at a time. This regulation is enforced by the HOA.) The 125 acre Trailside Community is surrounded by national forest land and is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, and much more!

** Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Slept like a rock in comfy beds amongst trees and incredible views!!! All that was needed was there. Access to a pool was a bonus. Very responsive property management! Would stay again for sure.

House & area was great. Beds were comfortable. Loved having bedrooms upstairs & downstairs. Bonus room with TV, xbox & two bunk beds (total 6 twins) win win with kidsGarage great with fullsize ping pong, foosball & shuffle board. Plenty of spices. Downside.pictures showed basketball hoops in garage— not there. stains on sheets & roasting pan was dirty. Not decent shampoo & no conditioner. But would highly recommend &loved staying few nights.

The pictures don’t do this property justice, it is much larger than it looks and has an INCREDIBLE view from many rooms and the hot tub!! High quality finishes and all the items you would need for your stay! We were snowmobiling and the location was perfect, right near Evergreen Sno Park. The property is on a hill so the kiddos were able to sled right there and at the snow park. Game room was great extra space. It is a sloped driveway. Excellent response from host and handy app for your phone.Excellent rental, we’ll likely stay here again!

We booked this home for this weekend because our dear friend was getting married in Ellensburg and me and my friend were preparing the rehearsal dinner for her and we needed a big kitchen. The kitchen of course was perfect but so was the whole house. It made what could have been a stressful weekend trying to make our friends day special, go so smoothly and relaxing for us. Thanks for such a beautiful home to be able to stay at and relax for the weekend.

Would highly recommend this home! We had four adults and four very young kids on this trip and this house was perfect for a short getaway and very kid friendly (baby gate, pack and play and highchair). The home is beautiful and everything in it is quality. The house is tucked away in the gated neighborhood and is so quiet. We were able to sit out on the deck and drink our coffee with the beautiful view and see the deer and rabbit roaming around. The only thing we were bummed about was the pool was closed for the entire summer for maintenance so we couldn’t utilize that, but if it were open it would have been perfect and just a couple minute walk. I could see us coming back again and bringing another family since it has so much room.

This place exceeded our expectations. My sisters & I had our original place cancel our reservation at the last minute because of needed repairs. The owner of that place recommended this place & we were able to get it at the last minute. It was more than we expected and was in fact a better place than our original reservation. Well stocked, updated, clean, great quiet location, and for a group that loves to play games, the garage game room with ping pong, fuzeball and shuffleboard was an added surprise that we had not expected. We would definitely stay here again!

We came here for an annual holiday get-together. We had a great time at this house -- many in our group have said this is their favorite house they've ever stayed at. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area. The game room was a great place to hang out as well. Very few downsides with this home. One thing that stood out was a weirdly passive aggressively worded sign about charges for people taking towels and bedding...I don't think it's very professional nor welcoming and a simple, succinct message about charges would have sufficed.

Our group absolutely loved the place. The house was beautiful and had everything you could ever want including fun games and a fully stocked kitchen. The community center with pool and volleyball area within walking distance was also a great plus. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Beautiful house, plenty of space for a large family. Nice hot tub and a trail right beside the house with lots of snow in November. The Garage was freezing cold and you have to flip the breaker to make it work.

It all went according to plan. Everything was well stocked, property was as it said it was, private, clean, close to town but feels like you're a longer way away. Beautiful view of the mountains. Hot tub was great, outside deck with heater came in handy. Plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare for 11 people and all could sit at the table. Rooms were big and we all slept well! We were at this beautiful stay for 2 days. Could'nt have asked for a better relaxing trip. The house was beautifully decorated with every facility we wanted. Game room, hot tub, games, TV, scenic views and privacy. Kids had a gala time. Kitchen was all stocked with premium quality cookware and condiments. The overall furniture and the aesthetics of the home was impeccable. I would strongly recommend staying here again.

Enjoyed the view of the mountains in the distance and having a relaxing place to stay. Love the style of this home - rustic yet modern. Property was centrally located to the places we planned to visit and in a quiet neighborhood. Hope to visit Cle Elum again someday!

A good location for a quiet getaway. Hiking, community pool, and close to local amenities, offered a variety of entertainment options. The house gameroom was underwhelming with missing or broken items. However, the outdoor heated balcony had a terrific view and was a relaxing plus.
