When you book this family-friendly retreat, you will be in touch with nature as it offers an incredible outdoor space where you can create everlasting memories with your guests. The space out back features a covered area with an eight-person hot tub, a heated dining area, a gas grill, and a sound system. There is a beautiful sparkling pond with a waterfall, providing a tranquil babbling sound. If you would like to take relaxation to another level, there is also a steam room available. When the sun sets, there is nothing like gathering around the firepit to roast s'mores and enjoy some storytelling.
As you enter this magnificent home, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, rock and wooden accents throughout, and gorgeous decor. The family room is adorned by a rock gas fireplace and furnished with inviting sofas and chairs. This is a fantastic spot to unwind with your loved ones and plan your next adventures or host movie nights - the large smart TV with streaming services will be just what you need! Grab your favorite book and get cozy in the reading nook near the fireplace. The spacious kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces, including a double-door refrigerator, a dual built-in oven, a stovetop with a range hood, and a dishwasher. There is a sparkling breakfast bar that provides extra seating as well as a small dining table. The adjoining dining room enjoys an extensive dining table for more formal meals.
When it comes to entertainment, this elegant home offers an entertaining game room featuring a shuffleboard table, a dartboard, a foosball table, a cozy rec area with a smart TV, and even a desk should you need to work or study remotely! Planning on extending your stay? This home has a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and storage area for cleaning products. Additionally, this level has two well-appointed bedrooms. Guests will not have access to Suncadia Resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness and Nelson Farm Pool.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two active surveillance cameras on the property, both facing outward away from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
