Great house !

A group of friends (3 families - 6 adults, 2 small children, 1 teenager) spent a long weekend here for a combined birthday celebration. We all had a great time !The house is gorgeous, very spacious, well-kept, and has some fantastic amenities. The outside patio with the fireplace was a great place to hang out, and the hot tub was a nice evening treat. The firepit made a nice gathering spot; I usually prefer wood fires, but the fact it was propane meant there was no messy cleanup, and there's no worry about fire bans.The location is great. There are a lot of hikes nearby (a few of us went and did Mt Baldy), and Roslyn is very nearby; only a few minutes' drive, or a very manageable walk. I'm a fly-fisherman, so was able to walk down and fish the Cle Elum river; the Yakima is also very close, which is also a great option.The host, James, was very attentive and communicative before, during, and after our stay, which I appreciate a lot. I've rented places before where the host may as well been a ghost; that was not our experience here. As an example, we had a minor issue with the dishwasher; we called about it, and a maintenance person was at the house within hours to take care of the issue.I'd recommend this place to anyone; it was a pleasant and painless experience from start to finish !

Beautiful and fun home!

Beautiful home, perfect size for our group. The game room was super fun and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the outdoor space as well! Just beware if you are renting anytime soon because there is active construction on the house directly next door and we had to deal with loud banging during our whole stay.

Amazing Rental But…

My guests and I really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, clean, and the host accommodated our needs. We also enjoyed the game room. Communication was great. The only thing I must say is that check-in was a little later than usual. We asked for an earlier check-in time and there was of course a fee. Other than that, the stay was worth the wait.

Spectacular Suncadia Property

We've stayed at Suncadia numerous times and this property by far is the best. Open and spacious, every kitchen utensil and appliance you need, an excellent game room, and wonderful indoor and outdoor living areas. Also very close to the Nelson Farm bike park and playground. If you have kids, don't forget their bike and helmet! We look forward to returning.
