Waterfront - Amazing River View - Newly Renovated

Enjoy some peace and quiet on the new (2021) deck looking at the St Lawrence River or relax in the sun room with a book. This newly renovated cottage offers 3 bedrooms with sleeping for seven, there is also a trundle bed beneath the bunk beds, so technically 8. 2 full baths, Brand new kitchen with all new appliances, cookware and eatery & living room with picturesque views. This is the perfect home away from home. We also offer a dock for your 18' boat and there is a boat ramp less than 1 mile away. You can also enjoy a game of Basketball at a public court within waling distance or go for a swim only a few feet away.

We had an amazing time at the house! Stunning view and great sunsets over the St. Lawrence. We kayaked in the protected bay and made it out to a couple of nearby islands. We took a tour of two island castles, jaunted over to Canada for the day, hiked in the Thousand Islands State Park, and swam at the sandy beach at Grass Point State Park (with shorty wetsuits). An amazing vacation to close out the summer! Nearby towns of Clayton and Alexandria Bay were cute as well.

Location, location, location!

We loved staying at this house right on the St. Lawrence River. Great views, great neighbors, so much peace. The house is lovely -- terrific, new bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Girls trip

This was our 14th yearly girls trip . First time in Clayton . Absolutely loved our rental . Very clean and comfortable. Met so many nice and helpful people near our rental . House was equipped with everything we needed . Look for to a return trip .

Relaxing on the River

This is our second time visiting in this space. The home is great for families and in a fantastic location. The riverfront deck is a perfect spot for sunsets, outdoor entertaining and grilling as well as watching the ships go by. We love the new updates! We enjoyed our time immensely and hope to be back soon!

Amazing views and friendly locals

We have been coming to the area for 4 years now and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. The house was just as advertised and clean. But it's the view that gets you. The best sunset views I've ever seen. Located in a housing park, the locals we friendly and very nice to talk to. There was a plethora of things to watch from birds, to ships, to bunnies. The location is very central to all the activities in the area as well making getting around very simple. My entire family loved the location and we have already booked our trip for next summer!!!

Best place ever

This was our fourth year in a row and this place is our most favorite vacation spot. The house is great and we continue to enjoy meeting all the neighbors. Not to mention great time fishing and boating. We will be back next year.

Absolutely beautiful and well cared for cottage. Extremely clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dan the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view!

Very nice home! Tv upstairs didn’t work tv down stairs was like a 24 inch. Tried calling Dan but his phone went to voice mail. The owner was sick didn’t want to bother him . It’s a beautiful place great view. Nosy neighbors that walk around the house every morning at 7 AM. So if you don’t mind then it’s fine. We had a fire one night next morning they were out there staring at the fire pit. Other than that I really was a great place perfect spot for your boat.

Amazing family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this property. A lot of rentals have cheap furniture and mattresses, not this one. Everything felt like high end quality and the beds were actually comfortable! The location is situated between both Clayton and Abay whcihw as very nice. There are also 2 state parks with beaches within a few miles as well. We hope to be back next year!
