River Inspired 1-BR Condo in the Cottages on James

July and August price drop! Located in the heart of downtown Clayton, steps away from the River, this newly renovated second-floor cottage condo perfectly accommodates up to 3 people. The spacious second-floor condo welcomes guests with an open floor plan concept and a balcony perfect for private enjoyment.

The interior is beautifully decorated with artwork and modern amenities, making it easy to call this your home away from home. There is a large bedroom with a private bath, full kitchen that opens to a comfortable modern living space. The condo also comes outfitted with a second full bathroom and twin-size air mattress for a third guest. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, a washer and dryer, two TV’s and basic cooking essentials.

You won't want to stay anywhere else when visiting the Thousand Islands after experiencing all that the Cottages on James has to offer.

The Space:
This condo’s style can be perfectly described as classic nautical modern with an emphasis on comfort. Perfect for those lazy summer days on the River. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen allow for cooking and entertaining. Outdoor dining on the westerly facing deck is highly recommended morning, noon or night. The master suite has a full bath with a standing shower and the second full bath comes complete with a soaking tub. Laundry and coat room can be found at the bottom of the stairs right inside the private back door entrance. The back deck is shared with one other first-floor unit, but the entrances are private and only connected by the deck.

For parties greater than three, consider renting this unit and either of the other two first floor units, giving your group the perfect landing spot for enjoying the Islands. There are three total cottages at this location, all privately rented but collaborations and big family gatherings are welcome!

There's no shortage of entertainment and authentic Thousand Island experiences to keep every vacationer happy. From mini-golf to wine tours to island hoping, there's something for everyone and you'll want to spend all summer living the River Life.

Offering rare in-village private parking for one vehicle, the Cottages on James provide you with versatility to stroll the village, riverwalk, town and municipal docks, or to jump in the car for a short drive to local attractions including wineries, golf courses, shopping & dining in Canada, river cruises to historic castles, and of course world class fishing.
