    Al entrar encontrará dos amplias áreas de recepción que se integran sin esfuerzos en una cocina abierta completamente equipada con encimeras de granito. Las áreas de vida se extienden hacia una terraza orientada al sur, repleta de una cocina exterior gourmet y área de comedor. Los entusiastas culinarios podrán deleitarse utilizando el horno de pizza a leña tradicional y la barbacoa de primera clase, complementados con sistemas de sonido integrados para una experiencia gastronómica envolvente.

    Situada en varios acres de olivar en terrazas, Villa La Passe está a solo un tranquilo paseo de diez minutos del encantador pueblo de Claviers. El pueblo ofrece una variedad de comodidades, incluyendo pintorescos restaurantes, un bar informal, una elegante vinoteca, una panadería y una tienda de pueblo conveniente. La ubicación elevada de la villa proporciona vistas impresionantes sobre el exuberante campo, asegurando que cada momento esté acompañado de paisajes pintorescos.

    Completamente renovada en 2016, la villa cuenta con suelos de travertino y está rodeada de múltiples terrazas para tomar el sol en los niveles inferior y superior de la piscina. La orientación sur de la propiedad asegura luz solar durante todo el día, mientras que las áreas sombreadas en varias terrazas ofrecen un refugio fresco.

A beautiful location The quintessential Provençal village of Claviers was genuinely walkable even on a blisteringly hot day.Claviers itself is beautiful and friendly, nice places to eat, the tabac an excellent place to watch the World Cup!The villa was well equipped and we particularly enjoyed eating al fresco, making use of the outside kitchen and barbecue which all made enjoying the wonderful weather even more relaxing.

The most relaxing time

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is so much better that the photos. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, peaceful and restful. The owners have clearly taken great care to think about the small details that make this place so comfortable - cushions, baskets for storage etc the pool was wonderful. The views were fantastic. The outdoor area was really lovely. The village is very sweet and the local restaurants are great, including Le Clavero and Le Pizza van (find it on Google maps)! We loved driving to nearby villages for food and a pootle - Bargemon and Callas etc. Nartelle beach was really good for the kids - shallow water and good facilities

Simply WOW!

What a wonderful villa - we liked it so much that on the first night we booked two weeks next year! The villa is large, very spacious and effectively split across many levels and spaces. With two adults (parents), an adult eldest child and a teenage child, there was space enough for all of us to come together for meals and socialising but also space to sit quietly on our own reading a book or sunbathing. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of an exterior kitchen with fridge (great for wine and beer - as well as water) BBQ and pizza oven. Melanie and Dirk were great and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The local village was a pleasant ten minute walk along a very quiet road and had all the essentials (and three very good restaurants). The villa is well located, but do think about the winding roads with hairpin bends - almost like a ski resort in parts! Great fun but take care. Highly recommended (unless you want to book the weeks when we do...).

Perfekt ramme for vores familieferie

Virkelig lækker ejendom med skøn udsigt. Dejligt poolområde og virkelig skønt udekøkken. God indretning i huset og dejligt at der er badeværelser til alle værelser. Alt var perfekt. Vi fik også en meget fin velkomst og præsentation af huset.

Gorgeous holiday home

Wonderful house, high spec throughout with great views and plenty of space. Particularly liked the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven ( such fun) and excellent BBQ. Easy and pleasant walk into Claviers where there are 2 excellent restaurants and a wine bar, small shop and bakery. Dave and Tracey are excellent communicators and extremely helpful.

A lovely peaceful location and beautiful part of France.

Another fantastic stay at Dave and Tracy’s beautiful villa. We love the views from the back, overlooking the swimming pool and olive grove out onto the wooded hills. Great lounging and eating area with bbq every night and pizzas from the pizza oven. Just a 5 min walk into Claviers to the bakery and small shop. All you could wish for, oh and the air con when it hits 38 degrees!

Für 4 Paare sehr gut geeignet, da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Terasse hat. Nur die Betten teilweise etwas unbequem. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, vielen Liegen, Nischen und einer Außenküche mit Pizzaofen und großem Tisch zum Sitzen. Toller Blick.

Magnifique villa au cœur de la Provence

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa La Passe. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable. Elle se situe au calme, en bordure du village. L'accès à la boulangerie, l'épicerie et les restaurants du village, est très facile.

Rustige villa met alle comfort

We verbleven in de villa met 8 personen en hadden meer dan voldoende ruimte. Terras en buitenkeuken met barbecue en pizzaoven echt een meerwaarde. Rustige ligging en toch op wandelafstand van het dorp. Mooi ruim zwembad.

Top verblijf

Enorm genoten van deze prachtige villa. De eigenaar is onmiddellijk aanspreekbaar en staat steeds klaar om je te helpen. Dit vakantieverblijf is een aanrader voor een groep vrienden, families met kinderen, … wij hebben ons enorm geamuseerd. Ideale ligging om de streek te verkennen.

Great week in the Villa

We had a very nice and relaxing week in this lovely house. The house is perfect and the surroundings are calm and beautiful. Dave and Tracey were super helpful ahead of the trip and answered our questions throughout our stay very quickly. A highly recommended Villa for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday and a house which offers everything you need!

Superb villa, quiet, peaceful, has everything you want!

A wonderfully quiet location with super views of the surrounding wooded hills from the terrace. The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the village centre of Claviers (with bakery, small shop and several cafes/restaurants). The pool is clean and well maintained as are the facilities. The built-in BBQ and brick pizza oven within the covered terrace were easily large enough to cater for our group of seven. Three bedrooms are en-suite with the fourth also having it's own bathroom. The air-conditioning in the villa is a real bonus. Owner was very quick to respond to a couple of queries we had and was really helpful. This is just a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing week. Just make sure you deactivate the burglar alarm BEFORE entering the kitchen!

Magnifique propriété! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Mr Taylor s’est montré très réactif et bienveillant s’agissant de nos demandes / interrogations avant et pendant le séjour. Villa fonctionnelle, décorée avec soin et dont la vue est imprenable.

Great Break

Dave was a great help in assisting us locate the property. The property is in a wonderful scenic part of the country. We as a party of 6 (3 generations) had a great time. Weather could have been better but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Utilised the outdoor BBQ regularly. Pool, only once, but it was great to sit at night and enjoy the ambience the floodlit pool provided.

Villa at Claviers

Lovely villa about 10 mins walk from small village, Claviers, which has a small shop, bakery and a few restaurants. The bigger village of Bargemon is a ten minute drive and is super. The villa has great views from the terrace of the wooded hills across the valley. The house is well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is especially luxurious Three bedrooms have en-suite, the fourth also has its own bathroom and shower room (one or two of the showers and outside sink tap need investigating to improve flow). The pool is a fairly standard size, clean, and big enough to amuse the kids, with a few inflatables available. The kitchen is compact and has every thing you need (fridge and dishwasher doors also need a bit of maintenance - August 2019). However, we cooked almost entirely on the BBQ, which is well designed with an air flow from underneath, so much better than those just on a hard brick surface. We used the pizza oven once (made our own pizzas from scratch) and it worked a treat - easy enough if you watch a few you tube how to videos. The wifi worked well. The house could do with a DVD for the kids - can't remember if this was in the spec but would be a good addition. In summary we had a fantastic stay - the location is rural, lovely and quiet, and the house had most of what we wanted for our holiday. A good solid 4.5 stars.

Great villa for large group

We had a super holiday, fab pool which the children loved Great outdoor kitchen, used barbeque and pizza oven.lots of room to spread out.the air conditioning was really good and very welcome in the hot weather. Generally very well equipped, beautiful area, did hilltop villages, beach, gorges,grasse and the lake.

Nice villa for a family get together within walking distance of Claviers. Pizza oven and outdoor eating area added to a lovely family evening. Villa only sleeps 8 adults and has a loft for one young child.
