The Campbell Carriage House is nestled on a lovely property behind a cottage-style home, just moments from downtown Clarksville. Only a short drive to King Tut Coffee and Providence Boulevard, it’s under 10 minutes to Campbell, APSU, and downtown Clarksville, and just an hour to Nashville Airport and downtown Nashville. We hope to host you!



The Space:

This property sits behind a cottage-style house that is also rented out. You will have access to beautiful grass out-front the Carriage House, which sits over the garage. Once you enter up the stairs, the Carriage House opens up to the living room and kitchen. There are two beautiful queen-sized bedrooms and one full bathroom.



Guest Access:

You will have keypad access via the front-door.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood you will feel right "at home" in our house.



Getting Around:

The Carriage House sits in the back of the property!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



There is no guest access to the garage, as it is used for storage by our housekeeping team. Please note that our team may occasionally need to enter the garage to retrieve linens.



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We do not live on site, but there may be guests at the farmhouse in the front of the property who have access to the yard. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
