    ***** Cozy, comfortable home, about 780 sq ft, in a quiet neighborhood
    Pets Allowed contingent upon preapproval by property manager; additional fees may be required.

    Our amenities include:
    An efficiently designed custom kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances: standard sized refrigerator with ice maker, lovely 5 burner gas stove, small dishwasher, a drip coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, as well as ample cookware to prepare meals.

    The King (1), and Queen (1) sized beds are deluxe plush topped Serta mattresses, outfitted with wonderfully soft, hypoallergenic sheets. A new Bassett queen sized sofa sleeper is also provided.

    Beautifully tiled 34" X 48" custom shower in bathroom, accessible from both bedrooms.
    Central air conditioning and heat.
    Standard sized washer and dryer.
    Small screened in sitting porch in front, and a rear patio area with a fully fenced back yard, and off street parking.
    Our home is professionally cleaned with additional maid service available on request.
    Not ADA compliant, but minimal steps.
    Free Wi-fi is provided.
    Thank you for NOT smoking in the house.

My stay at Rusty‘s Roost was a wonderful experience. The communication with host was wonderful. Always responded to my questions or messages. The place was very clean & and well stocked to make our stay enjoyable.

The location was so perfect for us on our volunteer trip. The house was clean and easily accessible. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Great shower. We loved the house and the front porch too. Parking is easy. The owner communicated so well in regards to any questions we had. She told us places to eat on days when a lot of restaurant were closed, told us about the farmers market and where to find groceries. Thank you.

When you come to Clarksdale you will not have the blues if you stay at Rusty's Roost! Host is very responsive, home clean and comfortable, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood in town. The front porch for us and back fenced yard for the dog made a great stay.

Clarksdale Home Away From Home

Cottage was very welcoming. Cottage was conveniently located and offered everything we needed during our stay. We would not hesitate to book Rusty’s Roost for a future stay.

Clarksdale

Beautiful little cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication. Host pays close attention to detail leaving us a welcome gift for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beyond Amazing!

This property is beyond amazing! We stayed May 27-29, 2025. First off, the owner, Jessica, is great. She respnds quickly if you have any questions, and is very friendly. The "Rusty's Roost" is my new home away from home. Its clean, comfortable, and spacious. My Mom, sister, and brother were in awe and didn't want to leave. If it was possible i would give the "Rusty's Roost more than 5 stars cause it deserves more. Thank you for sharing you wonderful home with us. Thankfully, The Myles Family from Biloxi, MS

The house was spotless, neat and organized. Thank you for truly making your home feel like home. The shower was amazing with great water pressure, plenty of hot water and the curtain was properly hung so there was no excess material being soaked in the shower bed. The personal amenities that were provided for your use was a nice addition with lush towels. We slept in the back bedroom which was very comfortable with nice linens. Also we did appreciate the washer/dryer as we were continuing in with our travels. The area was very quiet and it was a short distance to drive to the downtown area. We had the pleasure of meeting Robin and Jessica via text was very responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
