We are three couples spanning three generations, and Emiliano’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our four-night stay. The home is immaculate, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. Emiliano went above and beyond—quick to respond, helpful, and full of great recommendations to help make our stay in Civitavecchia perfect. Truly a five-star experience!

Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The stay was great and Emiliano was very responsive. The house did not have washcloths which would have been helpful to know in advance. Emiliano also helped us find suitable transportation from the airpor to the property and then from the cruise port back to the airport. Overall this was a great experience! When in Rome again I would stay here for sure.

Great spot before a cruise

We were here just one night before a cruise after several nights in time and it was great. Plenty of room and a short walk to most of the restaurants in the boardwalk area. The balcony was a nice view and it was about 7 minutes to largo della pace bus circle for the shuttle in the morningCommunization on the app and Whatsapp was great.

Absolutely beautiful property. There were 3 couples and we all loved this apartment. It was spotless, spacious and in the perfect location for us to get to the cruise port. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views, Great Accompdations

Excellent location, ideal for pre-cruise sailings. Also easy walking distance to the train into Rome. Many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The living area was a good size for playing games and watching tv. Both baths and the kitchen fit our needs.Our host was outstanding. He assisted us with every request we had promptly and was very accommodating. He even helped us arrange taxi service in advance from the Rome airport and made a point to meet us personally when he was in the area. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and Rome. The best host we’ve encountered in our many years of travel.

Perfection!!!

From the minute I booked Emilioano’s property, he provided 5 star service! Provided tips, applications to use while in Italy, booked transportation for our group from the airport, helped us secure transportation while in Rome back to Civitavecchia after the announcement of transportation strikes, and he even was our personal driver to the cruise port transportation center because taxi’s were not available. His communication at ANY hour is unmatched. The property is perfect! Location perfect! Views perfect! Host PERFECT! There is no need to book anywhere else while visiting Civitavecchia. Book this property. Emilioano, our group cannot thank you enough for making our visit PERFECT! Wish VRBO had a 10 star rating. You deserve it!!!

Pre cruise stay in Civitavecchia

If you need a place to stay pre or post cruise must definitely check this out !!!!We booked one night with Emiliano prior to our Mediterranean cruise and everything was awesome. Property is located right on the harbor. Within walking distance to the busses that take you to the ships. Property is very clean, easy access to the property. Several cafes and shops within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Amazing apartment, great views, and location.
