"We spend a great deal of time in the UP, having just graduated our son from LSSU this past weekend. "We loved everything about our stay. We had gone up to go to the I-500, but decided to stay right where we were, it was so peaceful and lovely. The host is most generous and very hospitable. "We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!"

"My spouse, two dogs, and I had a fantastic stay at the Cabin. We hiked extensively in the area's major parks and walked on the beach every morning. The cabin had everything we needed and extra basic necessities in case they came up. The sauna was the perfect way to end our evenings after long days. We loved this stay and hope to come back in the future!"

"Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive...

"The property was just as listed. Nice space for a large group of women. We didn't need to use the cute little stove as the weather was warm. Two of us used the screened-in porch as a bedroom--such a nice view of the stars and great breezes! Kitchen was perfect for light cooking--everything there for our needs. Plenty of towels! Even plenty of hot water for showers--for a big group!"
