Casa Colibri x Paisaje is perched 650 feet above sea level. It has breathtaking 120-degree ocean views, extending all the way to Cano Island and Corcovado National Park. Relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and jungle wildlife, with daily sightings of howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, and toucans.

The property offers complete serenity while being only a short drive from grocery stores, a pharmacy, medical services, and a variety of acclaimed restaurants.

This open concept home is designed for comfort and style. The main house includes:

- 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. A hide away bed in Livingroom area.

- A fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances including a dishwasher, a propane fueled stove/oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cookware.

- Open-plane living that seamlessly extend to the outdoor terrace, where you'll find a handcrafted wooden dining table, sun loungers and a propane BBQ.

- Convenient half bath located by the pool for outdoor lounging

- High-speed Starlink internet and TV with streaming capabilities

- Stackable washer/dryer in the living area for added convenience.

The Cabina (Guest House) includes:

- A charming, self-contained cozy little space with a queen-sized Murphy bed, two twin beds in the loft, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and an outdoor patio. The guest house is accessed up a flight of stairs. During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to both the main house and the cabina - no other guests will be on the property. This private estate is yours to enjoy!

- Extra sheets, bedding and towels are provided to ensure maximum comfort.

You'll be just 45 minutes from the classic surfer beach town of Dominical, 25 minutes from the costal town of Uvita and the famed Marino Ballena National Park (home of the famous "Whale Tail"). and a scenic 85-minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park and Quepos Marina.

We really enjoyed our stay

The house was beautiful with a lovely view. We did have some issues with the water turning off on us suddenly and the road is quite an adventure to get to the house. Definitely best suited if you want a staycation without leaving the house too frequently. This was our home base while we were working in Uvita and provided a nice quiet get away for our group. The kitchen is nice and having a washer dryer and AC in the bedrooms was essential. We had some issues getting in and out of the main gates but luckily there is 24 hour help. The property manager was available and easy to reach.

Superbe environnement

La villa était très bien, les deux chambres de la propriété sont identiques et offre un bon confort, les lits sont confortables et l'air climatisé fonctionne bien pour offrir une bonne nuit de sommeil. La position de la villa est superbe et la vue sur la mer est impressionnante, offrant des couchés de soleil formidables. La piscine pour sa part était bien mais le gestionnaire avait de la difficulté à maintenir une qualité d'eau, puisqu'il fait très chaud et que le soleil plombe durant presque toute la journée dans la piscine, l'eau se trouble facilement (algue). Il y a à chaque jour de petite coupure de courant qui ne dure que quelques secondes ce qui est un inconvénient lorsque l'on regarde la télé ou que l'on utilise le Wifi. La cuisine est bien équipée, le poêle est au gaz et il y a un BBQ. L'accès à la villa est quelque peu difficile car le chemin est en montagne et une bonne partie de la route est un chemin rocailleux avec des fortes montées et descentes. Vous devez avoir un 4 x 4 pour vous déplacez de la villa vers le bas de la montagne. La villa possède aussi une casita qui peut offrir de l'espace pour les enfants ( pour 3 personnes) avec douche, réfrigérateur, air climatisé etc...
