"Was here for just 1 night. My room Felt unsafe, my door was facing the main gate, IT was abit hot in the room, no AC. 1 pillowcase was dirty, I put my pants over it. You cant keep the window open at night, its not safe. But it was ok. Perfect if you just need a place to crash for a few hours."

"Great location."

"I enjoyed my stay.Very clean rooms, warm and friendly staff. I give it 5/5."

"The staff were welcoming and approachable. When a room change became necessary, they were understanding and prompt in helping. The General Manager was open and easy to talk with. Although the carpets were somewhat dated, the hotel remained clean. The bathrooms are big and nice. The shops are a walking distance away. We had a lovely stay."

"Great customer service."

"Great location, loved the Rosebank mall area, lots to eat and shop. Central to everything I wanted to see. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and pleasant area. Surprised by the lack of face cloths/wash clothes."

"Very good and close to airport."

"CLEAN AND SAFE"

"The facility is great but the bathrooms need a revamp"

"The ride from the airport and back was the best part of the experience. The young man driving me around was super helpful and accommodating. He took me for a takeaway food place when many other eateries were already closed. Gym at the hotel is very basic but clean. I did like the room/suite design with open plan bathroom with all glass walls. Overall I had a quite pleasant stay."
