Was für ein schönes Ferienhaus. Super ruhig, keine Nachbarn und eine fantastische Aussicht. Das schönste ist das super große Schwimmbad, leider ohne Sprungbrett, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Citta di Castello ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt entfernt und ein wirklich schönes Dorf!

Die Lage und der Pool sind sagenhaft, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, was bei uns so ist. Das Haus ist großzügig und in ordentlichem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist reichlich, sollte aber mal überprüft werden in Bezug auf Sauberkeit... die Gartenmöbel sind reichlich vorhanden, teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Für uns hat die traumhafte Lage und der Super-Pool das aber dicke ausgeglichen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Genug Schatten und nicht heiß im Inneren. Schöne Aussicht. Und natürlich ein toller Pool. Ein echter Vorteil ist ein großer Supermarkt in 9 km Entfernung. Wir lieben es zu kochen, das ist verrückt hier. Leckere Zutaten und reichlich Küchenzubehör.

Ein schönes Haus in einer schönen Gegend. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel zwischen einigen anderen Häusern, in denen man fast keine Sicht haben aufgrund der großen Parzellen und der Höhe. Vom Haus blicken Sie auf das Tal und Città di Castello in den Hügeln mit einem täglichen spektakulärer Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Tal. Der Pool ist eine Ebene höher macht das Urlaubsgefühl komplett. Wir fühlten uns hier genau richtig!

Super gelungener Urlaub hinter uns. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und wirklich wichtig, dass Sie sich wohl. Alles ist im Haus die Sie benötigen. Der Pool war ein Hit, sowohl für die Kinder als auch für uns. Schöne Städte besucht wie citerna, perigua, Assisi, Bevagna, Citta di Castello, .... Als i-Tüpfelchen war der Tagesausflug mit der Vespa 's! Lohnt sich zu wiederholen! Grüße Andy, Heidi, Kyano und Yuna

Herrlich ruhig und schöne Umgebung. Ein großes Haus mit großem Garten und Swimmingpool und kompletter Einrichtung. Es lag abgelegen auf einem Hügel. Schöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Schwer zu finden. Der letzte Straßenabschnitt ist unbefestigt, aber befahrbar. Holen Sie den Schlüssel jedoch beim Eigentümer in der Stadt ab. Begleitung zum Chalet. Besitzer spricht nur italienisch. Hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Ein wirklich schönes Anwesen, weit ab vom Touristentrubel. Der Pool gleicht einem Schwimmbad :). Wir haben hier 10 entspannte Tage verbracht und fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Ein grauer Kater, der uns regelmäßig besuchte, war eine sehr angenehme Gesellschaft, die vielen Mücken am Abend weniger :)), wir haben uns erst einmal schwer mit Autan und Co eingedeckt, dann ging es ! Die Altstadt in 15 Minuten Entfernung bietet viel Abwechslung. Ansonsten haben wir den Standort hier genutzt, um Touren nach Florenz, Rimini und San Marino zu unternehmen. Alles in etwas über einer Stunde erreichbar. Die Oase des Chalets würden wir immer wieder buchen! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

Schlüssel in der Stadt und mit 2 Autos zum Ort abholen. Sonst hätten wir ihn wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden ;-). Der letzte Teil liegt auf einer unbefestigten Straße, ist aber machbar, wenn man fahren kann. Viele Möglichkeiten, an einem ruhigen Ort zu sitzen oder zu spielen. Tolles Schwimmbad (bis zu 4 m tief). Sie haben wirklich Ihr eigenes Stück Paradies. Die Bilder zeigen, was Sie erwarten können. Umfangreiches Geschirr, Glaswaren und Küchenutensilien. Gehe nach Perugia und Assisi. Citta di Castello ist eine schöne Stadt. 2 große Supermärkte.
