Beautiful one floor home

House and pool were absolutely amazing! The house was stocked with more than I expected and had no serious problems. Only complaint was that it was during the month of July in Florida. I hadn’t been informed that the thermostat couldn’t be reduced from the programmed 70 degrees. It did make the visit a bit uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. I’m going through menopause and prefer the interior of my own home to be a bit cooler. Overall all was great except for

The property manager was very helpful and responsive to my messages and concerns with our flight being canceled. The home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a slice of paradise. Wow! We had such an amazing stay. This home has everything you need and more. We enjoyed three sister springs. Riviera Mexican Restaurant has amazing food. Publix is so close to home. Best hostess ever

We had such an amazing time. The amenities with this place are top notch. There were fully stocked toiletries, kitchen utensils, and more. Our trip was packed with memories and the place made it all possible. I recommend any and all families to this place!

Peaceful Simplicity

We very much enjoyed our stay at Simplicity. The home is everything advertised and we had no problems or issues during our stay. We took advantage of the bike trails in the area, visited the Manatees in Crystal Springs, and went to the Citrus Bowl in Orlando on New Year’s Day. Great location to venture out from.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Great pool. Everything in very good condition. All kinds of amenities and really well stocked with all the things you need in a home stay . Too many things to do to clean up and close up, given the high cleaning fee we had to pay, that is my only complaint.

"Simplicity" is a lovely home!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Crystal River and staying at "Simplicity" was enjoyable and relaxing. Coffee in the morning poolside while watching squirrels and listening to birds sing was a treat. The home is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Comfortable Home with Lots of Amenities

The house is large and comfortable with lots of seating. The pool is great. The jetted tub in the master is wonderful. Every light/fan switch is helpfully labeled and the many ceiling fans plus the great A/C kept us cool. I have never been in a rental that has been so well stocked. Tons of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, and utensils. They have bikes, a Bluetooth portable radio, a cooler, lots of rafts for the pool, books, and cleaning supplies. They have basic food staples: flour, sugar, spices, oil, syrup, coffee, etc. The also had paper products, detergent, soaps, air freshener, candles, and flashlights. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus the guest shower is large with a stool and detachable shower head with several flow choices. We were four miles from restaurants, boat rentals, and stores. We had groceries from Publix delivered by Instacart and dinner delivered from Gruff's through DoorDash. Gruff's has a large and varied menu and the food was good. The booklet in the house was thorough and had plenty of info on the house and area. The neighborhood was quiet and the garage and large driveway had plenty of room. My sisters and I definitely want to stay again.

Amazingly Kitted Out

This house was exceptionally clean, and the best equipped rental I've ever used. Everything you need in the kitchen, paper products, storage bags, a first-aid kit, all the soap, shampoo, conditioner you need.... incredibly prepped house. Everything worked. The only downside to this property is that you are not really close to anything. Sometimes, though, that's perfect too.

A perfect end to the holiday!

This was the final property on our Christmas New Year road trip around Florida and it didn’t disappoint. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation over New Years. The location was perfect for Crystal River where we twice swam with manatees with different companies. This was excellent for the early starts required as it was only about 20 mins drive. There are local shops within about 4 miles, a large Walmart and Publix supermarket. The pool was chilly in December but didn’t stop me having a swim with the inflatable swan. The sofas were very comfortable, where we all managed to fall asleep at some point over the 4 nights we were there. Parking in the garage was useful to keep the rental cool and safe. The area was lovely, we got waved at by neighbours a few times, very peaceful area. Would definitely recommend.

My Mommy's 80th Birthday in Hernando!

We loved this beautiful, spacious clean home set in peaceful, quiet surroundings which was perfect for us! Only 20 minutes from my Aunt's home (Hernando), and the festivities - wonderful to come "home" in the evenings to such perfect Quiet for our balance. We'll recommend and be back to this wonderful town of Dandellon. Thank you kindly!!
