"We were not impressed at all. For $140/night we expected to at least have a cleanliness, a working tv, and internet… nope. The pool was closed. Didn’t know that until we arrived. With 3 kids, we wouldn’t have booked had we known. The tv didn’t work - just said “no signal” because the Dish box was broken (we tried everything to fix it). "The desk staff were happy to see us. The lobby is spotless. The room was so refreshing, bright everything operated smoothly and you could have not want for anything. The breakfast was great, several protein selections, eggs, meat, bagels, fresh fruit. Hot coffee!"

"The rooms are normally very clean and comfortable. On this stay the floor seemed as though it had not been properly vacuumed as there was long hair all over. Due to the holiday, they did not have cleaning staff available which I feel properties should be kept staffed regardless."

Staff came to review and suggested we spray something to cover up the smell. We asked for another room. We were originally told they had one but then they called and said they could not help.
